I am currently seeking a Cloud Ops engineer who has some experience in Ruby my client provides investment management services including mutual funds, pension management and fund platforms to private and institutional investors.

  • A strong development or infrastructure senior engineer with hands on experience of cloud based security technologies across multiple cloud providers, proficient in Ruby & familiar with Terraform, Ansible & Jenkins/Concourse focusing on delivering services that are loosely coupled, highly scalable & coded to cope with failure at every level.
  • Excellent knowledge of creating & managing continuous delivery pipelines enabling continuous integration using test driven development with high coverage in a multi-tenant, full stack Production enterprise cloud configuration where rolling intra-day upgrades are BAU, security & audit requirements are met by default.
  • A responsible engineer who views TDD & software engineering.
  • A versatile engineer who has exposure of networking, virtualisation & all aspects of security having deployed to multiple cloud environments.

A leading Tier One Investment Bank in London are looking to significantly increase their offering to clients across multiple electronic trading applications within the Fixed Income and FX businesses. They have a number of roles available, as they continue their expansion in 2019 and look to establish themselves as market leaders within these fields. The roles require strong core java developers with extensive experience of multi-threading and performance tuning, giving them the exposure to some of the markets leading low latency electronic trading platforms.

The roles will also provide the opportunity to interact with Traders, Quants and other front office stakeholders, working with them extensively on a daily basis.

The successful candidates can look to receive between £75k and £125k base, plus package and bonus
