Compliance Officer & MRLO
Mcgregor Boyall are exclusively partnered with a leading international bank who are looking to establish a new branch in the DIFC. The role of Compliance Officer & MRLO will be responsible for guiding the bank through final licensing stages before taking a lead on all compliance matters from scratch.
The bank will be establishing a Wealth Management/Private Banking division based out of Dubai. This will be the top job in the region, sitting at Executive Director level, reporting into the SEO on the ground and the global compliance team.
You will be the main point of contact for regulatory matters and responsible for implementing all policies, procedures, systems and controls, conducting Compliance Monitoring & Desk Reviews and all general day-to-day compliance matters.
To be suitable for this position, you will have a minimum 15 years’ experience in Compliance in a private bank or wealth management unit of an international financial institution, preferably within the DIFC. Candidates from local financial institutions with similar experience are welcome to apply.

Senior Platform Services Analyst – London – Hybrid
A Global Financial Services provider working at the heart of the world’s financial, energy and commodities markets covering FX, Rates, Credit, Equities and Energy & Commodities are looking for a Senior Platform Services Analyst to join their team in London.
Clients include banks, insurance companies, pension and hedge funds, asset managers, energy producers and refiners, as well as risk and compliance managers and charities.
Responsibilities:
- Working within a shift rota to provide support coverage from 7am – 6pm
- Contribute towards ‘follow the sun’ support model, working closely with global teams in APAC and US to ensure pre-market health checks are performed for each region
- Perform regional start of day health checks to ensure all members are connected to the platform
- Utilising proprietary tools, provide daily application support and troubleshooting for platform members and internal users, escalating to Development teams appropriately
- Daily interaction with all internal stakeholders with regards to support issues

Responsibilities:
- Utilising proprietary tools, provide daily application support and troubleshooting for platform members and internal trade desks, escalating to development teams appropriately
- Fulfilling client customisation requests within algorithmic trading systems and MTF platform
- Troubleshooting and analysis of order routing and trade flow and post-trade issues
- Managing team chats, queues, and mailboxes to ensure requests are being actioned in a timely manner with appropriate prioritization
- Ensuring incident and problem management procedures are followed and performing analysis to determine trends and patterns
