Requirements

  • E2E strategic consulting that will enable new/existing clients to migrate their customers from one card product to another seamlessly and profitably. This include the development of cardholder communication plans, design of new propositions and ensuring client is ready operationally before migrating their customers to new propositions.
  • Develop and propose appropriate Conversion strategies and business solutions to the client
  • Support the development of Global PAYMENTS services and capabilities to support our clients migration of customers
  • Manage the delivery of high quality consultancy engagements across Europe
  • Contribute to consulting sales and delivery targets
  • Leverage innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow clients’ business by working together with the sales and product teams as well as the Innovation and Data Sciences team
  • Support Consulting and Analytics practice development by developing skills, tools and innovative methodologies on personal and on team level

    Our client, a Tier 1 investment banking group is seeking an experienced Basel III Developer to join the team based in the London.

    Inside IR35 – PAYE ONLY

    Required experience:

    • The Finance Change Delivery Reporting & Consolidation Developer leads change, analysis, design, configuration and development of solutions, working closely with the Bank’s Cloud Services Providers (e.g. Google, Microsoft).
    • The key objective of this role is to develop the solutions and capability of Finance Cloud Framework to support the Basel 3 Reforms, Financial Actuals and Finance on the Cloud Programmes.

    Technical skills:

    • Cloud technology and services, most importantly Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure
    • Experience in multiple Programming languages including SQL, Python, C , Java, JavaScript and have experience in data modelling on Big Data / Cloud platforms (BigQuery)

Due to a large amount of growth and success within the department this position has been made available. You will be working for a highly reputable and a rapidly expanding organisation.

  • Key Responsibilities: Must-have:
  • Expert understanding of agile philosophy & workstyle and techniques.
  • At least 3 years' experience in running Scrum and/or Kanban teams
  • Be skilled in the art of remove blockers that slow down the team and can evidence your skills. You are a “getting things done” type with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Arrange and facilitate agile ceremonies.
  • Have a working understanding of feature story mapping / impact mapping techniques.
  • You promote an environment of Kaizen (continuous improvement).
