Content Deployment Lead

£500 - £600 per day

My client our a global oil & gas firm based in Sunbury seeking Content Deployment Lead (Workday) to ensure effective content migration and repurposing activities. The role is pivotal in managing the transfer of Portal content from one platform to another, including the liaison with central and country stakeholders through the project duration and flagging key content dependencies from the wider programme point of view.

The Content Deployment Lead role will work alongside Content Engagement Lead and will report into PPO for Content, Knowledge and Chatbot to succeed in the execution of activities. In addition, the Content Deployment Lead will oversee the activities of the wider deployment team, successfully driving the execution of deployment and migration activities.

Knowledge, experience & expertise

  • Experience of delivery of intra/internet Portals, with a significant volume of content
  • Experience of working in a content deployment capacity, overseeing global / large scale content transition and repurposing activities
  • Experience of change projects including elements of business process re-engineering
  • Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks with high energy
  • Ability to identify challenges and address them within a pre-defined framework
  • Strong, confident verbal communication skills. The role would be expected to manage stakeholders up to and including senior management levels.
  • Strong written communication skills with accuracy and attention to detail. Expected to write clear and well-presented documentation and presentations
  • Strong facilitation skills. Must be able to elicit requirements from various personalities across organizational and geographical boundaries and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent project planning, management and coordination skills, being able to manage several activities simultaneously, including developing, maintaining and driving a complex project plan
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable

  • Exposure and experience of Workday and other HR products and solutions
  • Demonstrated success working within diverse, cross-functional teams; highly competent in relationship management and working with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Management of business requirements gathering in a technology context
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, ethical business behaviour and judgment, strong leadership and teamwork
  • Experience within the HR domain
  • Experience of delivery on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 or 2013 platforms
  • Understanding of Knowledge Management, Portal and Case Management solutions preferred

    Responsibilities:

    − Facilitate workshops with third party vendors and business users to capture and document surveillance requirements

    − Undertake detailed data analysis and provide mapping solutions to on-board new products onto the strategic real time surveillance platform, engaging internal BAs from other projects accordingly

    − Create and maintain design specification documents for trade surveillance alert models

    − Provide QA testing teams with detailed acceptance criteria for all business requirements

    Liaise with surveillance analysts to lead the troubleshooting and triaging of production issues to drive root cause identification and resolution

    − Support UAT testing to validate the business readiness of each surveillance software release
