Our client provides leading software solutions for over 24,000 legal professionals in a vast range of sectors and is the only solution of its type to be endorsed by the Law Society.

They need a talented Content Executive to create and manage content for use in marketing campaigns, press activity, and social media channels.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and manage content to form core messages in marketing campaigns. This content varies from client case studies, press releases, social media updates to copy for use in product documentation and collateral.
  • Ensure content created for campaigns and associated activity (PR, events, social media, etc) is appropriate for achieving objectives, and reflects best practice.
  • Create and carry out campaign activity, the primary objective of which is demand generation and creation of sales opportunities.
  • Manage the execution of campaigns, ensuring activities are delivered on time, to budget, and to quality standards.
  • Report and track KPIs, taking corrective action where necessary.

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience creating compelling, engaging content suitable to specific channels and audience need.
  • Experience in helping to run successful demand generation marketing campaigns and how to adapt and integrate the marketing communications mix to achieve objectives set.
  • Experience in tracking and reporting of KPIs in day to day content marketing operations.
  • An understanding of automated marketing functions, with a working knowledge of marketing / email automation software.
  • A portfolio/examples of your content creation work to demonstrate your capabilities.

    The Role

    You will work with the business on increasing efficiencies and process re-engineering, and also conducting analysis on the development of the company’s bespoke case management system to support business requirements.

    You’ll be working side-by-side with developers and members of the business to capture requirements and help shape the development of the business’ bespoke case management application. This will involve; but is not limited to: creating and managing a suite of specifications for a brand-new application project. You will also be working closely with business teams to review processes and recommend any process improvements.

    The Person

    Key skills:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a BA
    • A problem-solving mind set and willing to get stuck in
    • Strong knowledge and experience with UX designs/ wireframes
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
    • Used to working in a BAU environment

    Desirable:

    • Previous experience with MI data analysis.
    • Previous experience of writing learning and knowledge base articles

  • Application Support Analyst (Fixed Income)- Hedge Fund- London
    £350 - £500 per day

    I am currently looking for an Application Support Analyst (Fixed Income) to join a very successful hedge fund based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Resolution of L1/L2 issues

    Detailed analysis of issues that need escalation to L3

    Day to day management of a complex application suite, improving stability and performance over time

    On call L2 support. Able to liaise with remote teams

    Release management working closely with the Dev team

    Improve processes, tools and procedures as needed

    Perform low complexity development tasks if/when support tasks allow it


    Experience required

    Application Support Analyst

    Experience with trading systems

    Knowledge of asset classes (FX, equities, fixed income etc)

    SQL experience

    Strong academic background

    Contract

    £350- £500 per day

    My client has won multiple awards and constantly growing, they are now seeking a strong Ruby/Ruby on Rails contractor to join now or early Jan.

    Requirements

    • 4 Ruby experience (can use outside the rails frameworks)
    • Knowledge of Rails framework and its best practices
    • Knowledge of RubyGems and Bundler
    • Experience in Test Driven Development using the most widespread libraries
    • Good Knowledge of databases, SQL and query optimization
    • Confident in using Git and pull request based approach
    • Basic front end-knowledge including CSS3 (SASS), coffeescript and backbon

    My client is looking to pay £400 - £600 depending on your experience. The contract would be 6 month with the intention of extending.
