A large multinational company based in Brussels, Belgium is looking for a Scrum Master on a contract basis.

As well as being an experienced Scrum Master, the role does require language skills, (given its location), so you must have either -

English + native French and understand Dutch

or

English + native Dutch and understand French.

As this is a Scrum Master position you will be expected to perform the following duties on a day to day basis –

  • set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings

  • schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology

  • provide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog

  • track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.

Essential

  • Previous Scrum Master experience

  • Expert in Agile Methodology and techniques ( e.g. Kanban).
  • Familiarity with follow up tooling (e.g. Jira)
  • Understand the tooling for automated unit testing and the tooling for continuous integration
  • Knowledge of Software Development methodology
  • Language skills mentioned above

  • Ability to be based in Brussels, Belgium full time (once lockdown is lifted)

    • Proven and strong capability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts effectively to business at all levels
    • Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin as you will be working extensively in the China market.

  • DevOps Engineer - Python + Shell Script - City of London (perm)
    £50000 - £65000 per annum + + benefits + bonus

    An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen within a global financial services firm based in the City of London.

    The team are looking for a DevOps engineer to work closely with the development and infrastructure teams to ensure fast and reliable continuous integration and to help facilitate the move to a new cloud.

    Reporting directly to the Group Head of Compliance, as the successful candidate, you will take the helm of pivotal projects relating to data privacy for the organisation. Working in tandem with other technology and business teams, you will play a vital role in managing a team of highly talented DPOs across the region and ensure the constant fine tuning of the existing privacy frameworks.

    To be considered for the role, you must possess the following skills/experience:

    • At least 8 years in a technology compliance role with last the 3 years of experience focusing on Data Privacy
