My leading energy client are looking to bring on a HR copywriter/conversational architect who will be tasked with driving the development of their chatbot product to enhance internal HR delivery.

Candidates must have:

  • Previous experience as a copywriter within large MNC's (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing English skills.
  • Data driven approach to decision making
  • Knowledge and experience of design thinking or other customer-centric methodologies.
  • Experience of Agile, SCRUM and product development techniques.
  • Ability to translate and understand business drivers within the organisation.
  • Experience of delivery of HR web-based products, such as portals or relevant applications
  • Excellent planning, self-management and coordination skills, being able to maintain several activities simultaneously

Employee Relations Specialist - Maidenhead

My client are a multinational consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical manufacturing company and they are currently seeking to appoint an employee relations specialist to join them on a 6-month temporary basis to manage the employee relations cases for the designated workforce group(s). You will operate as a steward for the company, escalating matters of concern as necessary to ensure that the interest of the company is protected.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Respond to Employee Relations requests from customers and executes on the key tasks and activities in accordance with defined procedures and guidelines.
  • Identify relevant policies and practices to determining whether violation of policies or practices occurred
  • Handle requests from client legal team for gathering information for responding for legal claims, attorney letters, agency charges, lawsuits etc. related to ER cases.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation in accordance with guidelines in a timely manner, complying with the Service Level Agreements.
  • Contribute to scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve performance and promote continuous learning

This role does include limited travel to other sites across the UK such as; Wokingham, High Wycombe, Leeds, Blackpool and central London.

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 6 years HR experience with a concentration in Employee Relations, Labour Relations, and HR generalist experience researching, investigating and addressing employee misconduct and below job performance standards; providing guidance to management

My client are market leaders within the oil and gas industry and they are seeking to appoint 3 content analysts on a 6 month temporary basis. They are currently in the process of looking at their onboarding systems and how they can improve this journey and they are looking for someone to support the development and ongoing maintenance of critical onboarding collateral and content.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Editor for Onboarding portals (SF pre-hire portal and WD Onboarding portal) – working with group HR communications, employee experience team and country/segment stakeholders to develop portal user interfaces, along with infographic and video content at global, segment and country levels, and establish an editorial cycle to keep content fresh and up to date
  • Document the processes and functional requirements relating to the development of Onboarding tools and working closely with HRIS to the realisation of these tools, including communications, candidate facing portals (Salesforce pre-hire portal and Workday onboarding portal) and candidate forms
  • Development and maintenance of cover letters, offer letters, transfer letters, contracts and document packets for all countries in scope (> 60)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of content development and management
  • Experience of process design and documentation for HR system implementations
  • Experience of change management activities for HR system implementations
  • Strong project management and consultative skills
