Credit Administrator
We are looking for a Credit Administrator to support our banking client permanently based in the City. This is a newly created role due to growth in the team.
This role will provide admin support effectively to the Credit team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forever-growing and great cultured business.
The ideal candidate should possess experience/interest in credit, a small amount of banking experience, or have a keen interest in getting into the Banking industry.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Maintenance and management of the Credit Team diary/schedule
- Maintenance and monitoring of the Credit Team actions log
- Completion and maintenance of the daily credit papers & loan drawdown approvals log
- Manage the administration of the bi-monthly Credit Policy Review Committee, including preparation of the agenda, collation of agenda item papers, preparation and circulation of the Committee pack, preparation and circulation of minutes
- Administration of the Credit Team’s Procedures
- Support the Credit Team as required with ad-hoc projects/tasks, including preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience Required:
- Experience working within Banking, some credit experience would be ideal.
- High attention to detail.
- Good organisation skills.
- Excellent experience using all MS Office packages, including Excel.
- Excellent relationship management experience.
- Resilient
- Works calm under pressure.
