JR462 – CRM Manager – Online Gaming – Manchester – Permanent - £27k - £32k + bonus/benefits
Our client is a large online gaming firm who are looking for a Digital Marketing (CRM Manager) to join the team.
The postholder will lead a team and work closely with the Head of Customer Marketing to develop and implement the strategy for online gaming. You will be tasked to improve future campaigns, maximising performance, upsell and cross sell opportunities.
A strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation. Importantly, you will need to hold strong analytics experience and be comfortable reporting to key stakeholders across the business.
To be considered:
- Experience working in a digital marketing capacity with a focus on CRM, Email Marketing
- Open to sector, B2C essential, but a keen interest in the online gaming space
- Team management experience, led a team or ability to lead, train and mentor individuals
- Campaign management
- Customer segmentation
- Personalisation
- Strong analytics experience

- Responsible for running the overal domain tech platform for the bank.
- Drive domain and various operations.
- Measuring and imporving operations and roadmaps.
- Vender management.
- Managing risk.
- Team management.
Role requirements:
- Experience of leading a large operational capability for technology platforms
- Expected to be a strong service-oriented IT expert with experience of full software development lifecycle and especially application operations.
- Cloud services experience

The Ideal candidate must have experience of seeing a project through from the plan through to execution along with Full development life style experience.
