Delivery Consultant, Manchester & UK Clients

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to assist our UK Business Development Director based in Manchester.

You will be responsible for the Recruitment delivery of mostly perm Technology positions including Development, DevOps and Data. Management of candidate processes, gathering feedback and arranging interviews will be a big part of your day as well as administration duties as required, such as updating our internal system (Bullhorn.)

Ideally you will have recruited in the technology space and you will need excellent head hunting and qualification skills to source and attract the best quality candidates.

Key responsibilities:

  • Resourcing using LinkedIn, job board advertising and other suitable sources
  • Qualification of candidates to identify the best talent in market
  • Managing candidate process from CV submission to negotiating offers
  • Organising interviews & getting feedback
  • Ensure the recruitment system is kept up to date with candidate information
  • Providing professional correspondence with candidates
  • Liaising with Back office in the UK to complete candidate documentation

We are looking for;

  • Previous Delivery experience, ideally within Technology Recruitment
  • Proven resourcing skills, including use of LinkedIn and other sources
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously from home now and again
  • A friendly, professional & hard-working individual
