Exclusively partnered Recruitment client of McGregor Boyall, based in Hull are seeking a skilled & engaging 2nd Line IT Desktop & Infrastructure Support Analyst to join their friendly team.
The business are a UK success story, with an exceptional heritage who have global business operations.

This is a really autonomous role that will present a wide range of daily challenges and opportunities to support a wide range of BAU tech support requirements and Tech projects.
The role will see you joining a small Tech team as a valued member of a much wider business operation, you'll be supported by a 3rd line Infra specialist, IT Manager and Software Developer, but will be required to engage with a user base of 100+ to solve IT Support issues and new project requirements.
It's not a hectic pace but certainly one that will keep you busy.
You'll be required to work across all areas of the business so strong personal/engagement skills are essential.

It's a good opportunity to develop your own tech skills and upskill, across all areas of IT, Infra Support and Dev too. Really solid opportunity to lead Support from the front, especially if you're silo'd or restricted in your current role.

Daily requirements will include:
1st/2nd line Support of all Windows, Office, PDA/Mobile device, printers, scanners software and hardware.
Helpdesk support with setup, login, password and resolution issues.
Windows Server (10), O365 admin, maintainence and upgrade.
Active Directory user/policy management
Opportunity to support C#, .Net, PHP, SQL Server, platforms and development.
Opportunity to learn and support ERP system SAP.

  • EMEA Loan Closer

    My leading global banking client is looking to bring on multiple Loan Closers to join their EMEA team.

    Candidates must have:

    • Extensive knowledge of the LMA market to include bankruptcy and restructurings; experience in distressed closings would be particularly desirable
    • Subject matter expertise in relation to loan transfer documentation and loan settlements
    • Knowledge of Loan IQ and ClearPar preferred
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Self-motivation with tangible examples of demonstrating drive and initiative
    • Extremely detailed and control orientated; keen to understand the detail

    Cloud transformation - ERP to Cloud.

    • Responsible for running the overal domain tech platform for the bank.
    • Drive domain and various operations.
    • Measuring and imporving operations and roadmaps.
    • Vender management.
    • Managing risk.

    • Experience of leading a large operational capability for technology platforms
