DevOps engineer required for a Global clients Glasgow based office. This position is an important hire for the company and the role would see you involved in the maintenance and improvement of existing systems across the platform.

This role would excite you if you have a genuine interest in in DevOps(infrastructure) function. You would be working with various teams across the estate – Operations, Architecture, software developers and fellow engineers so strong communication skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a forward thinking technology company who’s embracing new technology.

Technically you will be comfortable with:
Automation and integration using either Python and/or Shell
Solid Linux/Unix Sys admin skills
Version control and deployment – Git ,Jenkins or Jira
Config management – ideally orchestration using Ansible but similar tools considered.

    Skills and experience

    • Paralegal experience
    • Experience in counterparty and other markets contracts e.g. trading agreements, terms of business
    • Experience in OTC derivatives trading documentation, such as ISDAs, GMRAs, FBFs and DRVs
    • Financial services experience, ideally in an in-house role
