This is an exciting opportunity to support our clients digital agenda, continuing their programme of digital transformation. After a period of significant development, the business is now in a sector leading position, with an greenfield digital estate and a supporting team to providing services to all parts of the organisation.
The Digital Solutions Manager will sit within the Technology team and be the primary liaison between the Head of Marketing, Marketing Directors, external vendors, and internal IT. This role will aid development and support staff on digital solutions and commercial applications.
This individual will manages business demand for projects, requests and services and manages internal support services to deliver high quality solutions to the commercial organizations.
Job Responsibilities include:
* Lead and deliver a programme of digital transformation across the organisation, building on work to date to improve our ability to succeed in a digital world and embedding an ambitious strategy that will support the whole organisation.
* Monitor trends in digital development and audience behaviour, using findings to inform digital strategy, data management, development and future projects.
* Lead a programme of digital innovation and development to ensure best possible products and strategies are used to drive income, build relevancy and maintain profile (creating opportunities for new audiences where relevant).
* To ensure that best practice is employed within the team and third parties, and that appropriate controls and governance is in place to ensure value and quality in production and operation.

Essential criteria includes:
* Substantial track record of success in working in the digital field with experience of both setting and implementing effective digital strategy.
* Evidenced ability to lead complex and challenging digital programmes and an understanding of the field of digital transformation.
* High calibre knowledge and understanding of a wide span of digital technology and products, with evidenced experience of launching complex technology products and services that generate income as well as reach which integrate with other on-line solutions and systems such as e-commerce and CRM.
* Deep understanding of the importance of data-led approaches and hands-on experience of supporting the development of data strategies.
* . Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and deal with people at the highest level in a range of disciplines, and to successfully achieve objectives through these contacts, involving problem solving, decision making, negotiation, motivation, influencing, tact, diplomacy, persuasion and consultancy skills.

    Full service infrastructure team based in Edinburgh requires a number of Service Design and Transition Analysts (IT Infrastructure Delivery) to help manage route to live plans for various new platforms and services.

    These exciting roles will see you embedded into various projects to ensure successful delivery that follows the Service Design roll-out plan. You'll have a broad technical IT infrastructure background/understanding (eg Microsoft, AD, Networking, Virtualisation, Cloud, Databases) to allow you to converse intelligently with the technical specialists in each team.

    We're looking for:

    • Significant previous Service Design/Transition experience in an IT environment
