Our client is a leading Sports & Gaming company who are hiring a talented Digital Marketing Manager.

The postholder will oversee a team of 4 digital marketing executives and support the development and implementation of the digital strategy. You will have experience working in a highly sales & acquisition driven environment targeting consumers, expertise delivering targeted and personalised marketing campaigns to new and existing customers. Understanding the cost per acquisition and reporting frequently to board and key stakeholders essential.

Broad digital marketing experience will be required to carry out this opportunity with a strong understanding of CRM, PPC, SEO and Affiliate marketing. Experience working closely with UX/CRO teams and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.

In addition, the successful candidate will be a strong networker, be able to manage multiple ongoing projects, hold strong written and verbal communications skills and want to continually surpass expectations.

To be considered:

  • Digital Marketing experience, working in a sales and acquisition environment targeting consumers (B2C)
  • Experience leading a small team, coaching and mentoring
  • Broad digital marketing experience will include PPC, SEO, Affiliate marketing, as well as CRM, Multi-channel campaigns and Social Media
  • Worked with UX/CRO teams, identifying opportunities to improve customer/user experience
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Solid reporting and ROI expertise, comfortable presenting to board level stakeholders
  • Agency management

    • Candidates will have knowledge of a range of financial products (e.g. Bonds, Equities, FX, Derivatives) and processes from end to end of financial operations.
    • Candidates should understand systems and controls within Banking with prior experience in EMIR and preferably other Regulatory Reporting Regimes (CFTC, Bank of Israel, MIFID II, etc)
    • Candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people (cross border global teams). Candidates will also have excellent business and technical analytical skills and high-level problem-solving skills.
