Digital Security Consultant required for leading blue chip name. The Digital Security Consultant will play a key role in developing product security architecture while ensuring all applications and customer data is secure. The Digital Security Consultant will also ensure that the Digital business units operate in a secure manner and meets all regulatory, legal and group security standards.

The Digital Security Consultant will Investigate technical security issues and develop appropriate solutions ,Review security projects to ensure security solutions are delivered on time and within budget, Help projects complete project Risk Assessments, Work with business teams and other technical experts to develop key stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

The Digital Security Consultant will come with experience working in a regulated environment and have the following skills ; Understanding of application security concepts including session management and single sign-on, Encryption and data handling technologies, Web application vulnerabilities and application penetration testing ,Understanding of web application firewalls (WAF) , Understanding of DDoS mitigation strategies, Good understanding of Cloud infrastructures, configuration, management and securing.

Applications are welcomed from candidates with a good understanding of data and information security, and the implications of the Data Protection Act and other legislation. We would also like candidates with relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM to apply , while a computer or network related degree is desired.

    An opportunity has arisen for a Solutions Consultant (AZURE) to work for a Cloud specialist in Brighton.

    This is a permanent position.

    The Solutions Consultant will work with customers & stakeholders through workshops, discovery sessions and technical/requirements reviews to translate their business needs into effective, fit for purpose solutions based on the offerings of the client and its partners. The role requires both commercial understanding with a broad technical knowledge of public cloud. (AZURE)

    Key Requirements:

    • Customer facing and working on multiple consulting engagements concurrently.
    • Public cloud technology (specifically Microsoft Azure) as well as supporting ancillary technologies.
    • Extant and emerging subscription & consumption based commercial models
    • Strong understanding of Azure
    • Architectural approaches such as Integration, API’s, containers etc.
    • General consulting skills including facilitation, business case development, process mapping & redesigning.
    • Solutions design, security guidelines and standard systems methodologies.
    • Driving sales engagements and opening new market opportunities
    • Building relationships with senior stakeholders both internal and external
    • Strong communication skills
    • Azure certified would be a bonus
