I am seeking an Inclusion & Diversity specialist to support on the D&I strategy and execution for a global organisation on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. This will involve working closely with the senior HR leader in this space supporting driving a cohesive organisation strategy initiatives ensuring that they align closely with the talent strategy and maximise and optimise a diverse workforce, working effectively with the communications division.
As an organisation inclusion & diversity is a core part of the agenda and my client is seeking someone who has a passion for I&D and some experience of working within this space to support on driving the I&D agenda forward. The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders in HR and the business to support them to develop and implement successful diversity agendas in line with core business objectives. You will support the full implementation of this strategy across the business. The role will include working with key networks internally and externally to set the diversity agenda and weave it through all of the talent and HR programmes within the organisation.
They will be seeking an individual with a highly commercial and creative and innovative approach focused on all dimensions of diversity. You should have a strong passion and drive and experience working on the I&D agenda within a complex matrix fast paced business ideally within the FMCG/retail or similar sector.
