Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business Partner
We are looking for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business Partner for a very progressive Investment Management business for a 6-month contract. This role will lead the program management of their action plan to advance equity and inclusion under the leadership of the Global Head of Inclusion and Diversity.
Primarily focused on the Talent and Culture workstreams globally, the role will include working as part of the Talent & Diversity team to support on all aspects of D&I, providing high level of expertise in best practices in diversity, equity and inclusion. Remain abreast of current research, activities and trends in the DEI field and work with key networks internally and externally to align, improve, design and deliver of the strategic DEI objectives.
You should have a strong passion and drive and experience of pushing the D&I agenda within organisations as part of the talent & learning agenda and experience working in the Investment or Financial Management sectors. If this sounds like it could be you please send your CV ASAP.

These roles are predominantly within the Banking sector and our clients require Senior Data Engineers who have solid experience migrating from on prem Hadoop to Cloud (AWS, GCP).
The salaries for these roles range from £75k base to £90k base and they all come with an excellent benefits package and bonus potential. Remote working is expected to start with and will be an option in the long run also.
Key skills/experience required:
- An enthusiasm for learning new technologies and skills
- Data Engineering design skills, incorporating security and service considerations
- Experience of delivering Data Pipelines on Hortonworks / Cloudera installations
- Extensive experience in Python and Spark
- Experience migrating from on prem to Cloud (AWS, GCP)

I am seeking an experience HR Administrator for a permanent role in a fast paced client within the financial services sector. This role will be supporting the HR function on all HR Administrative aspects for the 200 strong business and the successful candidate will highly organised and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full onboarding and offboarding process.
- Maintain and develop HR databases encompassing the full employee lifecycle.
- Assist with the documentation for transfers, employment and those leaving the company.
- Retain employee records and ensure they are updated.
- Support the team with any projects and advise on HR queries
- Provide support with the recruitment process.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience of working as an HR Administrator within a small financial services organisation
- Extensive experience navigating Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Acute attention to detail
- Proven track record of process efficiency
- An analytical mind who enjoys working with systems and data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good numeracy skills
- Someone who understands the importance of planning
- An individual who is comfortable working autonomously and within a team
- Someone who can provide fantastic client service
