Seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Lead.

Operating within the commercial sector this role will ensure that D&I strategy within HR will be entwined with all aspects of the employee journey from talent acquisition to engagement of existing employees.

As an organisation, diversity & inclusion is a core part of the agenda and my client is seeking someone who is able to come on board and ensure they are a thought leader in this space. The role will involve driving positive action on inclusion in all areas of HR including recruitment, learning & development, reward, employment policies, HR processes and onboarding. You will lead the full implementation of this strategy across the business and they will be seeking an individual with a highly commercial and creative and innovative approach to set and define best practice in this area focused on all dimensions of diversity as well as practical implementations .

The role will include working with key networks internally and externally to set the diversity agenda and weave it through all of the talent and HR programmes within the organisation.

You should have a strong passion and drive and experience of leading and defining the D&I agenda within a complex commercial organisations and be an innovator within this space.

    Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Tag management, Adobe Analytics or a similar Web analytics/CRO product.
    MI/BI Reporting, SSRS/SSMS or Power BI Reporting experience.
    JavaScript, HTML or CSS experience highly desirable.

    Highly desirable:
    MVT or A/B Testing experience.
    SQL SSIS.
    Java, Python,
    Data Science or Engineering qualification, knowledge or experience.

    Our client is a growing investment firm who are looking for a talented employee communications manager to join the business.

    You will have the opportunity to work amongst a collaborative and supportive team, reporting directly to the Head of Communications. The postholder will execute the employee comms strategy and work with key leadership to produce creative and engaging communications using various content mediums and platforms. You will have the opportunity to partner with senior execs, providing advice and counsel.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Operations Specialist with AWS experience to join a global financial services client in London.

    You will provide 2nd and 3rd line operational management of the IT infrastructure and systems. You will support and develop a wide variety of systems and technologies including Enterprise AWS and On-Premise server environments, Virtualisation platforms, Authentication and Configuration management services.

    Prior IT operational support experience across business-critical Production infrastructure, applications and database services essential

    Skills and experience required:

    • Experience maintaining and developingAWS cloud environments - experience of the followingAWS technologies essential:
