Our financial services client are looking for a talented employee communications professional to join the team.

You will have the opportunity to use your employee communications experience for an organisation who value comms and effectively engage the workforce through various channels. You will support a function, business partnering with key stakeholders to devise and implement communications as well as provide advice and counsel.

The post holder will have strong written and verbal communications skills and be able to build strong relationships across the business. The organisation are looking to engage through digital channels so experience would be beneficial.

To be considered:

  • Strong employee communications experience
  • Understanding of financial markets preferred but not essential
  • Business partnering experience would be beneficial
  • Digital communications expertise

  • C# Developer
    Up to £650 per day

    The Role

    The candidate will be responsible development of new features and maintenance for our server side pricing, aggregation, control and contributions platforms using a variety of programming languages and development environments. In particular, the candidate will be developing predominantly in C and C# with some Java as well.

    The successful candidate must be able to operate at a high level and produce results with a quick turn around on key deliverables.

    Required Skills

    • 5 years of industry experience in C# / C

    My leading banking organisation is looking to bring on a Project Manager to join a centralised business change function.

    Candidates must have:

    • Extensive project management experience within banking.
    • Previous experience on delivering lending based projects are highly desirable.
    • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects within a business change environment.
    • End to end project life-cycle management.
    • Business and / or IT change management experience.
    • Senior stakeholder management experience.
    • Strong communication and influencing skills.
