We have an exciting opportunity in Employee Engagement and Organisational Development for an experienced HR Consultant or HR Business Partner who is passionate about, and experienced in driving solutions to improve Employee Engagement and Culture. You will helping transform performance by driving improvements to the employee experience and workplace culture.

This role will be great for someone from a HR Business Partnering or Organisational Development background who is experienced in supporting employee engagement and culture change activities. You will have lead on Employee Enagement surveys, analysed data and advised on solutions to drive engagement and culture change.

You will be actively involved in designing and implementing innovative employee research programmes & solutions. The role will cover end to end support, from shaping and designing research objectives and questions through to creating high impact, high energy insight reports for your clients…and everything in between. You’ll lead employee research programmes, but will have the support of a talented team of analysts, writers, designers and project managers providing expert input along the way.

You’ll be responsible for developing effective relationships with your clients – likely to be HR & Engagement professionals – who see you as their trusted advisor.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading client projects, working with our talented team of data scientists, analysts, writers, designers and project managers
  • Shaping, designing and executing a range of solutions for clients based on your understanding of their specific needs
  • Highlighting new ideas and proposals to new and existing clients to support our business growth
  • Working as the Account Director for specific clients, addressing challenges, influencing client behaviour and ultimately purchasing decisions
  • Continually improving our overall proposition, by contributing to our proposition development agenda

We’re looking for someone with:

  • HR Consultancy or HR Business Partnering experience that has included a focus on employee engagement with a specific focus on employee research and culture change
  • Experience and passion for people data and insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and with clients
  • Energy, drive and ambition to make a difference
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • A strong understanding of research techniques and their applications within organisations

    Senior Platform Services Analyst – London – Hybrid


    A Global Financial Services provider working at the heart of the world’s financial, energy and commodities markets covering FX, Rates, Credit, Equities and Energy & Commodities are looking for a Senior Platform Services Analyst to join their team in London.
    Clients include banks, insurance companies, pension and hedge funds, asset managers, energy producers and refiners, as well as risk and compliance managers and charities.


    Responsibilities:

    • Working within a shift rota to provide support coverage from 7am – 6pm
    • Contribute towards ‘follow the sun’ support model, working closely with global teams in APAC and US to ensure pre-market health checks are performed for each region
    • Perform regional start of day health checks to ensure all members are connected to the platform
    • Utilising proprietary tools, provide daily application support and troubleshooting for platform members and internal users, escalating to Development teams appropriately
    • Daily interaction with all internal stakeholders with regards to support issues
    • Efficiently create and track issues within an incident-management system to help identify trends and patterns
    • Create and monitor internal reports and usage queries
    • Assist with product testing and project work


    Skills:

    • At least 3 years hands-on support experience within a financial institution (buy-side, sell-side, venue/platform provider)
    • Proven experience of MSSQL, Oracle and Sybase database environments, including complex query-writing
    • Solid application support experience within a Unix / Linux environment
    • Good working knowledge of the FIX protocol
    • Proven experience of supporting Windows Server environments
    • Experience in troubleshooting network problems: i.e. firewall and routing problems
    • Good understanding of international Equity market mechanics and flows


    Desirable:

    • Exposure to supporting message-based architecture
    • Working knowledge of at least one buy-side or sell-side Order Management System

    Clients include banks, insurance companies, pension and hedge funds, asset managers, energy producers and refiners, as well as risk and compliance managers and charities.


    Responsibilities:

    • Utilising proprietary tools, provide daily application support and troubleshooting for platform members and internal trade desks, escalating to development teams appropriately
    • Fulfilling client customisation requests within algorithmic trading systems and MTF platform
    • Troubleshooting and analysis of order routing and trade flow and post-trade issues
    • Managing team chats, queues, and mailboxes to ensure requests are being actioned in a timely manner with appropriate prioritization
    • Ensuring incident and problem management procedures are followed and performing analysis to determine trends and patterns
    • Assist with product testing and project work
    • Working within a shift rota to provide support coverage from 7am – 6pm
