I am looking for a solid End User Analyst who has experience around a range of tools with a focus on Intune and Endpoint working across a global team.
The role:
Help the team to implement the strategies for the provision of a Global end user computing platform from the desktop to the mobile and ensuring that the deployment, management and security is in line with the expectations of the business.
Working closely with other Information Services Team leaders, Managers and Project Managers to provide a joined up approach to service delivery.
Project work consisting of the continued development of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, User and Application virtualisation systems and the core Windows build and application mix.
Keep up to date with changing market technologies in this specialised field and advise accordingly. This includes the various scripting and deployment solutions in use as well as our VDI environment based on VMware Horizon View and any competing products.
Technical skills required:
• Windows 10 support and management including WSUS, Sysprep, MDT and imaging
• VMWare Horizon View and 7.x/8.x to manage and configure virtual desktops
• Workspace One UEM Mobile Device Management
• Workspace One Access Identity Management Platform and SSO
• Microsoft Office 2016 and 365 deployment and customisation
• Application packaging, customisation and deployment
• Microsoft AppV application virtualisation
• Management of Microsoft Group Policies and Active Directory
• Scripting in either DOS or PowerShell
• Microsoft Azure AD and Office 365 essential skills
Qualifications
Microsoft certification would be desired alongside any other forms of manufacturer specific accreditation.
Also the working set up for this position is 2/3 days in the office and the rest from home.

A Global Financial Services provider working at the heart of the world’s financial, energy and commodities markets covering FX, Rates, Credit, Equities and Energy & Commodities are looking for a Senior Platform Services Analyst to join their team in London.
Clients include banks, insurance companies, pension and hedge funds, asset managers, energy producers and refiners, as well as risk and compliance managers and charities.
Responsibilities:
- Working within a shift rota to provide support coverage from 7am – 6pm
- Contribute towards ‘follow the sun’ support model, working closely with global teams in APAC and US to ensure pre-market health checks are performed for each region
- Perform regional start of day health checks to ensure all members are connected to the platform
- Utilising proprietary tools, provide daily application support and troubleshooting for platform members and internal users, escalating to Development teams appropriately
- Daily interaction with all internal stakeholders with regards to support issues

Skills:

- Solid application support experience within a Unix / Linux environment
- Good working knowledge of the FIX protocol
- Proven experience of supporting Windows Server environments
- Experience in troubleshooting network problems: i.e. firewall and routing problems
- Good understanding of international Equity market mechanics and flows
Desirable:
- Exposure to supporting message-based architecture
- Working knowledge of at least one buy-side or sell-side Order Management System
- Good understanding of Fixed Income market mechanics and flows

- Troubleshooting and analysis of order routing and trade flow and post-trade issues
- Managing team chats, queues, and mailboxes to ensure requests are being actioned in a timely manner with appropriate prioritization
- Ensuring incident and problem management procedures are followed and performing analysis to determine trends and patterns
- Assist with product testing and project work
