Equity Fair Value Business Analyst-Equity Tech- up to 600pd

Location: City of London

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Business Analysis architecture and techniques such as business domain model, process and capability maps aligned to the operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Agile methodologies including UML Domain Modelling, Process Mapping, Use Case analysis, Features/Epics/User Stories (and their structure, mapping and dependencies), Behaviour Driven Development (given, when, then scenarios and acceptance criteria)
  • Requirements Gathering/Management through stakeholder workshop facilitation, questionnaires and interviews.
  • Documenting requirements in Business Requirements Documents for eFront software delivery.
  • Strong analytical and product management skills
  • Full software lifecycle coverage from discovery through delivery, migration and on to business as usual including warranty and support.
  • Backlog construction and management of features and stories, prioritisation with stakeholders
  • Business Architecture associated with organisational change and subsequent design of target operating models
  • Root cause analysis for complex cross functional issues impacting process and or product changes across business operations and supply chain functions
  • User Interface (UI) mock ups and tools to generate
  • Workflow analysis including needs, value and design
  • Self-service reporting analysis including needs, value and design
  • Experience of working in a mid-sized corporate environment, successfully aligning solutions appropriately with wider roadmaps, architecture and other initiatives
  • Evidence of ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers
  • Experience of software development in a financially regulated business such as the Banking or Insurance market

  • C Quant/Strats Developer - Equities Trading - Associate/VP
    £70000 - £120000 per annum bonus

    C Quant/Strats Developer required - Associate/VP - Equities Trading - Business Reporting - £70k-£120k

    A market leading Quant/Strats team at a tier one investment bank require an exceptional C developer, ideally with some experience of Python to join their Equities Trading team. The team themselves work on the Equities Trading quantitative models and report dsirectly into the business. The role will provide the platform for a strong technologist and mathematician, to face off to Quants and Traders and work closely with them to implement cutting edge C models/solutions.

    This team require both exceptional technological skills (C on Windows) and mathematical/problem solving abilities (PhD in Mathematics or related subject highly desirable). Also a strong understanding of Derivative products, ideally Equities required.

    The succesful candidate can look to recieve between £70,000 and £120,000 base salary, either Associate or VP level (dependant on experience)

    This will also be backed by a bonus and package funded by the trading desk themselves.

    Requirements

    • C on Windows
    • Python highly desirable
    • Strong OO programming background
    • Derivative product knowledge (ideally Equities)
    • Strong mathematical/problem solving ability (ideally PhD level maths or similar)

A leading Investment Bank seeks an IT Business Analyst to work on a Greenfield program which will focus on adding a new FX function to an existing FX Single Dealer platform.

Therefore it is essential that all applicants have FX trading environment experience - understanding of FX Cash as well as Investment Banking experience.

As this is an IT Business Analyst position you will be expected to perform the following duties on a day to day basis –
