You will already be one of the best recruiters in the industry, this is your opportunity to own the relationships of a very strategic client group, set the search strategy for talent acquisition and then lead the full lifecycle recruitment for individual contributor and manager level positions in one of the most challenging talent markets in the world.

You will be working alongside an established team of highly experienced recruiters, supported by teams to make you successful, driven by tough targets and even tougher hiring manager expectations, these will excite not daunt you to succeed.

The Team

You will actively recruit top talent in the global marketplace, partner closely with the functional leaders and HR Business Partner teams to proactively identify and address talent needs enabling the business to react faster and more strategically.

Qualifications & Experience Guidelines

  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of direct sourcing strategies (e.g. referral generation, cold calling, online social networking, etc.) to proactively build candidate pipelines.
  • Significant experience recruiting in-house or in a boutique search environment focused on technology talent
  • Strong understanding of the technology used to support development environments and banking technology
  • Competitive personality and relentless work ethic - a talent hunter
  • Be totally comfortable working with clients, having owned relationships at CIO, CTO, Department Head and VP level
  • Highly analytical and have strong business acumen, with the ability to discern scalable talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • BA/BS degree in HR or Business Administration (or related field experience) preferred.

    Skills and experience

    • Paralegal experience
    • Experience in counterparty and other markets contracts e.g. trading agreements, terms of business
    • Experience in OTC derivatives trading documentation, such as ISDAs, GMRAs, FBFs and DRVs
    • Financial services experience, ideally in an in-house role
