The role:
We offer a blended learning approach, once settled in after the initial few weeks we will begin your training. Our 7-week training academy consists of both practical on the job training and group session-based learning, giving you the opportunity to confidently build up your skill set throughout the programme. We believe that progression should be fluid, therefore we offer three pathways upon completion of training:
Business Development –
- Build a strong client portfolio to understand their recruitment needs
- Provide consultative support to clients
- Attend client meetings to strengthen those relationships and win business for the company
Delivery –
- Develop and maintain a candidate portfolio
- Source, qualify and submit candidates based on client requirements and deadlines
- Arrange interviews and prepare candidates prior to them meeting with the client
360 Recruitment –
- 360 Recruitment is a combination of both Business Development and Delivery, you would manage the whole process end to end.

My client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantitative Analyst with Market, Credit, and Liquidity Risk experience to join the team at a leading Financial Services Firm. As a Quantitative Analyst, you will be responsible for independently validating and reviewing a wide range of pricing and risk models.
