  • Lead and support the Security response to regulatory deliverables, including examinations, continuous monitoring sessions, and responses to regulatory correspondence.
  • Serve as primary Security liaison to the Regulatory Affairs division; translate relevant directives, guidance, and rules into actionable data for consumption by the CISO and Information Security.
  • Actively manage and develop relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement as it concerns cyber Security, information sharing, and critical infrastructure protection.
  • Represent Security in financial sector-wide consortia, establishing stakeholder buy-in and representing the business’s interests, e.g., National Institutes for Standards and Technology (NIST), Financial Systemic Analysis and Resilience Center (FS-ARC), Financial Services - Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), United States Treasury Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC), United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), etc..
  • Actively maintain and develop Security’s relationships with its counterparts at Designated Financial Market Utility (DFMU) partners.
  • Serve as the accountable individual for Internal Audit deliverables
  • Prepare and deliver Security briefings for consumption by Security teams, the CISO, the Executive Management Committee and the Board.


  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in a highly regulated and complex environment
  • Strong work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines and objectives
  • Ability to manage company wide, strategic projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Strong skills working with MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, MS Power Point

    An exciting opportunity has arisen at an insurance company based in the Reading area. They are looking for an IT Business Analyst to help with a number of projects that will improve systems and processes for their rapidly growing business.

    Therefore it is essential that all applicants have prior IT Business Analysis experience working on insurance projects (life and pensions or general insurance), ideally within an Agile environment.

    The Client

    Mcgregor Boyall have partnered with an international law firm based in the DIFC. Having been established in the region for over 15 years, the firm have an excellent client base and a healthy sized team. This opportunity is for a bilingual Paralegal to support both Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams on a permanent basis.

    The Role

    Supporting two teams will offer you an exciting variety of work whilst working alongside some of the top lawyers in the region. Standard Paralegal duties including research, document review and drafting will be expected with a hands-on, team player attitude. You will be involved in numerous legal tasks such as; company registrations and formations, trade license applications, copyright applications, share purchase and transfer agreements, filing of legal disputes in the relevant court and/or arbitral proceedings.

    The Requirements

    Arabic is an essential and you must have at least 2 years’ experience working for another international law firm. Experience of both Corporate and Disputes would be a major advantage, however experience in only one would be considered.

  • Test Lead (API/ MQ) - London - Contract/ Perm - FTSE 250

    I am currently looking for an experienced Test Lead (API/ MQ) to join a FTSE 250 firm based in London. The role will be a contract OR permanent role and will be working on a brand-new project within the business.


    • Leading a team of testers (automation and manual)
    • You will be working with a modern tech stack on greenfield projects
    • Working with API's, MQ and Databases
    • Contribute to a solid software development process, manual and automated testing, through feature ideas and product release.
    • Ensure all deliverables are met within the team
    • Work closely with other testers/ developers
    • E2E testing
    • Need the ability to perform and understand business testing, regression testing, performance testing, smoke testing, system integration testing & production cutover

    Essential skills/ experience

    • Experienced Test Lead
    • Strong experience working with API's, MQ and Databases
    • Strong experience working within a large-scale environment
    • Strong experience leading a team (automation and manual)
    • Strong hands on experience (manual)
    • Good understanding of test planning/ strategy
    • Strong understanding of the SDLC
    • Experience dealing with conflicts within teams
    • Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
    • ISEB certified
