You will be responsible for overseeing all AML related matters for a very prestigious bank based in Riyadh. You will also be managing a team of AML compliance professionals.

  • Ensures compliance with rules, regulations and bank’s policies and procedures
  • -Ensures timely reporting and feedback to SAMA, FIU and bank’s senior management
  • -Ensure all suspicious transactions are reported to the FIU
  • -Report periodically on program status and escalate issues to senior management.

Minimum Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education level and preferably an MBA.
 Certifications : Diploma in Anti Money Laundering, ACAMs, CCO or related field will be an added advantage
Minimum Experience:
 10 to 15 years banking experience including 8 years compliance and AML.
Job-Specific Skills:
 Expert in AML suspicious activity transaction monitoring systems, data mining/analytical tools, and KYC automated solution
 Expert in banking and financial institutions
 Team management, leadership and managerial skills
 Arabic and English languages is a must
 Business systems RIO, RBS, SAS, ELSAG, SIB2K and AML management systems

  • Payments and Cash Management Lawyer
    £350 - £500 per day

    Senior Legal Counsel, Global Liquidity and Cash Management– 6-month contract

    Our client, a tier 1 global banking group, is looking for a Payments and Cash Management Lawyer looking at digital payments and ecommerce. They position will be Senior Legal Counsel within their (GLCM) area. It is a 6-month contract position offering £350 - £500 per day. The role is based in London.

    Responsibilities

    • The role will focus on contractual matters surrounding liquidity and cash management and you will be required to undertake negotiations
    • Collaboration with GLCM’s documentation and sales team will also be required
    • You will provide legal advice, support and legal risk management to payments and cash management eChannels area within the organisation

    Skills and experience

    • Qualified lawyer
    • Experience within financial services law, particularly banking
    • Advantageous to have compliance and corporate experience however not necessary
    • Specialist and detailed knowledge and experience in corporate trust and fiduciary risk
    • Strong leadership, management and communication skills

    McGregor Boyall are representing our client, a principal player in the outsourcing market. We are on the hunt for an ambitious SQL experienced analyst to join a small MI team. This role will join the team on a journey of change, redesigning databases and ETL processes and implementing new applications and therefore you must be passionate and up for a challenge!

    You will play a key part in shaping the MI and BI, therefore giving the opportunity to make an impact on a growing department and business.

    • Minimum of 2 years commercial experience using SQL Server 2012 or above
    • Strong experience using T-SQL for BI and reporting
    • Strong SSRS and SSIS skills
    • Experience of designing database solutions from the ground up including data modelling
    • Experience of developing and supporting complex ETL procedures
    • Analytical and creative thinking with the ability to identify and prioritise opportunities
