Our client a leading financial services organisation is looking for a Head of Communications and Engagement to join the communications team.

You will Lead on communications, supporting senior stakeholders including CEO & Chairman, along with diversity and CSR topics. You will oversea the management of all media enquiries, relationships and engagement strategies.

  • Develop staff engagement strategy, including communications tailored to the business needs such as diversity and inclusion
  • Oversea BAU internal communications activity
  • Lead on both internal and external communications
  • Ensure crisis management plans are in place in the event of crisis occurring
  • Provide support to other areas of the business on strategy and value proposition including HR

Experience required

  • Current/ recent experience gained in head of/ senior communications role ideally covering both internal and external
  • Experience gained in Financial Services sector ideally
  • Experience working change management
  • Experience working staff engagement and diversity
  • Experience working with financial journals
  • Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management skills

    ISDA, Sales and Trading Documentation Paralegal - Brexit support

    Our client, a leading financial group, are looking for Brexit support and require someone with ISDA Sales and Trading documentation experience. They are presenting the role as a paralegal role and are able to offer from £300 - £350 per day. It is a 6-month contract.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Preparation of terms of business and other documentation with market counterparties
    • Prepare and negotiate trading agreements and other documentation between the Company and its counterparties across all counterparty sectors and jurisdictions, relating to Sales & Trading transactions
    • Ensure that all legal and documentation requirements for Sales & Trading transactions are dealt with and met in an efficient and timely manner
    • Conduct legal diligence on new counterparties and jurisdictions for Sales & Trading transactions
    • Maintain databases and records of all documentation connected to Sales & Trading transactions
    • Assist in the maintenance and development of document templates and standards, know-how and procedures in connection with Sales & Trading transactions
    • Participate in and contribute towards Legal Department-wide strategic projects and initiatives

    Skills and experience

    • Paralegal experience
    • Experience in counterparty and other markets contracts e.g. trading agreements, terms of business
    • Experience in OTC derivatives trading documentation, such as ISDAs, GMRAs, FBFs and DRVs
    • Financial services experience, ideally in an in-house role

You will support a B2B client operating in the technology space on planning content and comms messages, along with data insight and reporting

  • Efficiently plan content using a variety of communications methods, ensuring messages reach the relevant audience
  • Create populate and edit content
  • Write high level copy based on the services of the client, new products (tech) and programmes
  • Build strong relationships with client and other key stakeholders
  • Read reports from data team, imputing further info and presenting

Experience required
