Banking Trading and automated portfolio services for individuals and institutions to gain exposure to the corporate bond asset class.

Ensure the firms meets applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Provide expertise input where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regulatory compliance and applications
  • Develop MI and reporting
  • Provide assurance strategy and risk reporting
  • Board support with both strategic and data that can be backed-up and questioned to identify trends
  • Organise and evaluate the output of regular testing of policies and procedures in relation to statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure relevant compliance policies and procedures are implemented and are working effectively.
  • Assist with reporting in respect of matters relating to the regulator
  • Act as the first point of contact for the regulator
  • Fulfil role of MLRO and Head fo Financial Crime


Requirements

  • Strong statutory and regulatory knowledge and have experience of operational risk
  • Experience of leading regulatory approvals
  • Excellent communication, team-working and documentation skills

    JR430 – Japanese & English Content Manager – FTSE100 equivalent – 12 Month Contract - £175 - £190 per day (LTD) - *Work hours will be 2am – 11am* - Remote/London

    Our client is large FTSE100 equivalent business who are hiring a Japanese Content Producer / Community Manager to join the team.

    You will have the opportunity to develop and implement a content strategy and working closely with global colleagues. This position will focus on the Japanese market and require the postholder to work local hours remotely or from the London office 2am – 11am UK time.

    The postholder will ideally have experience managing social media accounts for a corporate organisation including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Broad Marketing experience also considered and desirable.
