Our client is a consumer services business who help settle disputes between customers and businesses. They are looking for a Head of Employee Communications to join the business on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the communications strategy, leading on change programme initiatives and managing a large team, coaching and mentoring junior members. The post holder will have the opportunity to work with multiple key stakeholders across the business, developing strong relationships and advising and counselling around engagement plans where necessary.

To be considered:

  • Experience working in a senior employee communications opportunity for a large regulated business
  • Experience developing and delivering the comms strategy
  • Team management experience, ideally a large team
  • Excellent key stakeholder engagement and rapport building
  • Able to advise and counsel the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communications

  • Application Support Analyst (Windows/ IIS)- Banking- Permanent

    I am currently looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst (Windows/ IIS) to join a top bank based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.



    Principal duties and responsibilities:

    Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for the banks’ application suite

    Troubleshooting any issues that arise and implement fixes as required

    Provide assistance to other IT support teams for issues

    Trend recurring incidents and provide suitable long term solutions

    Managing web applications (IIS/Application Server Roles)

    Networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

    Database connection methods (Oracle, SQL)

    Supporting web-based applications

    Good understanding of:

    Source Control Management

    Scripting (especially PowerShell)

    Citrix environments and application delivery via Citrix

    VMWare / Virtulisation

    Microsoft Dynamics CRM

    Permanent

    I am currently looking for an Equities/ Fixed Income Application Support Analyst (FIX/ UNIX) to join a top investment bank based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Key responsibilities:

    Interact with various other support teams within the bank and also teams outside of the bank.
    Manage day to day production stability of applications, along with other members of the team.
    Maintain up to date knowledge of our products and be able to contribute ideas and recommendations that will provide continuous improvements in the use of technologies utilized

    Experience required:

    Experienced Application Support Analyst

    Strong Equities/ Fixed Income/ FX knowledge

    Experience in Solaris/ Linux/UNIX /Windows NT OS
    Experience in Sybase/Oracle/SQL Server
    FIX protocol support experience
