Leading the Finance Operations team that delivers accounts payable, sales invoicing, credit control, cash operations and bank reconciliations for a significant number of legal entities within the organisation. Regular MI, continued process improvement and proactive management of the team and key stakeholders will be key to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the Finance Operations team, c30 direct onshore & c30 offshore (matrixed)
  • Embedding regular operations reporting for activities including invoicing, expenses, payables and collections
  • Drive and maintain a standardised month end close process
  • To review and own resolution of business issues around finance operations.
  • Own, track, report and action a full suite of customer, supplier and sub-ledger reconciliations.
  • Drive global standardisation of key processes and production of detailed process documentation
  • Review and support buildout of onshore/ offshore model to optimise efficient and effective transaction processing
  • Work collaboratively with the systems support and change teams to improve processes, controls, documentation and management information
  • Developing talent and driving the team to develop their careers across the finance team
  • Produce high quality supporting documentation for auditors.



Candidate Profile / Key Skills

  • Sound track record in:
    • Managing finance operation teams in a large complex organisation
    • Understanding of accounting concepts and principles
    • Reporting to tight deadlines
    • Knowledge and experience of operational processes and implementation of financial controls in finance operations
    • Standardising and streamlining disparate activities
    • Managing cross geography reporting lines and business relationships
    • Working in a global group across multiple legal entities
  • Be delivery focused owning output as well as analysis
  • Be a lead proponent of driving a collaborative culture and approach to working across finance
  • Ability to scope and shape role and team while adapting to fast changing environment
  • Excellent process, with experience of reporting on KPI’s, processes compliance and risks
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with global colleagues
  • Maximises opportunities; i.e. challenges ways of working, sets and adopts Group practices, seeks and provides information and clarification.
  • Effective oral and written communication that resonates with the target audience.
  • Utilises all available resources and toolsets to investigate and resolve problems and ensures the most appropriate solution is identified.

    This role is to assist the European CDD Production Lead across a wide range of CDD topics. These topics include production, preparing MI and presentations, assisting with policy implementation and BoW planning.     An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our client a leading global financial services business in the marketing team.

    You will play a key role in delivering exceptional marketing and communications campaigns, working closely with the Nordic area of the business.

    You will be responsible for delivering and executing the marketing plan locally, in line with the Global objectives and goals.

    • Responsible for the development and management of marketing campaigns for a local audience (email, social, web etc)
    • Localise and implement EMEA/Global marketing plans and campaigns
    • Work closely with the translators and the digital marketing team to update / improve company website
    • Work on multichannel marketing campaigns collaborating with central marketing teams

    • SC Clearance is ESSENTIAL
    • Hands on experience of PRPC case working
    • Experience in Integration with JSSON REST highly desirable
    • Strong UX design highly desirable
    • Creating and modifying the Pega rules Rule Sets in the creation of activities, flows (of a given USE CASE) and UI design.
    • Integrations, designing Flows, Activities, Flow Actions, Harness, Section, Decision rules, Declarative rules and Reports.
    • Performance tools like PAL, Profiler, DB Tracer to measure the performance of PRPC applications.
