The Position

This is a newly created position which reports to the Head of HR for International based back in HQ. The role essentially covers Asia (Singapore, HK and South Asia) and will work closely with the regional CEO for Asia based in Singapore in ensuring that the HR Agenda and operating models are managed effectively and will be managing a team based across the region.

The Candidate

To be successful in the role, you will have to demonstrate the following:

  • More than 15 years of relevant experience within banking and financial services as a senior HR professional
  • HR Generalist skill-set preferable; candidates with added specialisations in Rewards and Talent Management would have an advantage
  • Be familiar with the latest financial markets legislation

    Director Level

    £100,000- £120,000 (plus benefits)

    Main Responsibilities:
