McGregor Boyall are currently recruiting for a contract Helpdesk Analyst for one of our enterprise level clients based in Belfast. The initial duration of the contract will be 12 months, this role is inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring processes and procedures are in place for self and others to use. Seeks ways to improve existing processes, adjusting or recommending reengineering improvements.
  • Responding to inbound calls
  • Directly assist clients with any end-user issue for general faults, request identification and resolution.
  • Regularly identify repetitive faults through communication with other groups and statistics available from Problem Management systems Investigate and implement permanent fixes.
  • Liaise with business areas providing guidance and solutions; identify technology enhancements pro-actively with a view to improving day-to-day productivity.
  • Contribute to documentation as required.
  • Stakeholder Management and People Responsibilities

Technical Experience:

  • Experience with different Operating systems including but not limited to XP/ Win7/Win10/Mac and also MS Office

  • Business Development Manager
    Up to £55000 per annum + + Bonus + Additional Benefits

    A well known aviation business is seeking a permanent Business Development Manager to support the delivery of the EMEA B2B revenue income targets through proactive sales approaches.

    The Business Development Manager will:

    • Identify and close: To research, identify, approach and close new sales opportunities within the EMEA region.
    • Collaboration: To work with colleagues internally to support the presales process (pitch presentations etc).
    • New client mobilisation: To support the new client mobilisation process.
    • Tenders / RFPs (request for proposals): To search for tendering / RFP opportunities that could be of interest from a new business client perspective.
    • Conferences / trade events: To drive lead generation through attending appropriate industry conferences, trade shows, events and expositions.

    Ideal candidate:

    • Must have the ability to identify and close new business sales opportunities
    • Skilled in lead generation and relationship building
    • Able to present with confidence at C-suite / Partner level
    • It would be advatageous if they worked in the travel and tourism industry

    Please note this is a hybrid role and will require some office presence.

    This role directly reports to the Programme Manager of the Salesforce Centre of Excellence and as the Salesforce Developer, you will deliver Salesforce related change to all areas of teh business.

    Person Specification

    • Experience working with Project Managers, Product Owners and other developers to design cohesive development solutions and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
    • Salesforce Development experience using Apex, Lightning, Service Cloud
    • Salesforce Certified Developer
    • .Net and Javascript development experience
    • Understanding of Agile development principles
    • Strong Stakeholder Management
    • Good leader of people
    • Experience with Office 365
    • Knowledge of SFDC architecture
    • Participates effectively in a team environment, including peer review and mentoring
