HR Administrator

Our client requires a HR Administrator to work closely with the HR Manager for an international Asset Management organisation. Providing confidential administrative support to the HR team and wider business. This role will play a key part in being the face of HR for the business and support the HR Manager with a range of operational HR duties and projects. It’s a small HR team but a busy one, so you will need to be switched on and move at pace. You will also gain valuable HR exposure to “kick- start” your HR career.


You will have excellent attention to detail, be extremely responsive to HR queries and have a customer centric focus to liaise with stakeholders across the business.

  • Provide day to day HR administrative support to the HR Manager and HR team
  • Manage the new starter process
  • Draft HR correspondence
  • Support the HR team with ER cases such note taking at company meetings including grievance and disciplinary hearings
  • Produce monthly reports as requested by HR Management team or third-party using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Manage process and administration for joiners/leavers/changes
  • Ensure that files are kept in accordance with GDPR regulations
  • Monitoring the HR In-box and be the 1st point of contact for HR queries
  • Act as a champion of HR systems and processes with the wider business
  • Provide admin support in annual HR processes, such as appraisals, promotions and salary reviews
  • Update and ongoing management of all HR policies and procedures on the intranet
  • Support the HR function with specific HR related projects, so aptitude and the appetite to deliver against a long list of initiatives is essential.


Key Required Skills/Competencies

  • Strong generalist HR administration skills, comfortable with high levels of administration, attention to detail (essential)
  • Financial services sector background would be an advantage
  • Operationally focused, client centric and passionate in the value add of HR administration
  • Shows the ability to work within a team and alone with one's own initiative.
  • High level of tenacity and a 'can do' attitude; A strong thinker with an enquiring mind, prepared to challenge the status quo
  • Superior organisation, prioritisation and exceptional administrative skills.
  • International experience (desirable)
  • Experience working on HR projects (desirable)
  • Strong technical system experience (PeopleHR desirable) and excel skills

    Compliance Officer and MLRO leading the Financial Crime and Compliance function for a Trade finance house in London with International officer.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Form the compliance function and manage the compliance risks of the Group globally.
    • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures and controls.
    • Evaluate compliance risks on transactions and propose solutions.
    • Monitor compliance with compliance policies and procedures.
    • Deliver training and updates on compliance matters to staff globally.

    Our client is a well-regarded financial services organisation who are looking for a talented Pricing Manager to join the business.

    The post holder will have the opportunity to work as part of a small team and lead the implementation of the retail pricing strategy. The individual will need strong pricing experience covering pricing strategies, framework, pricing changes, pricing tools and pricing reviews. You will also build and maintain predictive models and hold ideally have experience of SAS, Emblem, Radar, Excel and advanced statistical techniques.

    Working in a regulated environment from the insurance space or retail financial services is essential.

I am seeking an HRIS Lead with extensive Workday experience to join a large, global highly matrix organisation to manage the technical operations and data management of all HR Systems predominantly around Workday – Payroll, Time Tracking & Absence. This role will have the lead on all aspects of the Workday system for these platforms including leading on the Workday HR System configuration, enhancement, audit and deployment. You will act as the interface with core business stakeholders and Workday to optimisation of use, so you will need to be strong as both a technical expert and programme lead.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR, IT, and Business project sponsors to bring definition to HRIS Projects; create project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements and timelines.
  • Design solutions and build system configurations to support functional requirements
  • Analyse and assess impact of Workday releases and modify systems as necessary around payroll, absence and time tracking.
  • Test planning, implementation and follow-up for configuration changes and systems enhancements
  • Collaborate with internal HR and Payroll teams as well as 3rd party partners to gather and document detailed requirements for system improvements and the development of new technology
  • Ensure effective interaction with HR specialty functions, finance/payroll and information technology based on assigned responsibilities. Assist in prioritizing and delivering on overall Global HR Solutions work activities.
  • Partner closely with business and support teams to understand system end-user needs and provide recommendations to keep Workday business processes simple and efficient.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, such as improving Workday processes, workflows, integrations and data integrity.
  • Maintain and administer Workday security groups, foundational tables, and all Workday inbound and outbound integrations.
  • Model and ensure excellent communication across all stakeholder groups. Collaborate with members of the Global HR solutions management team to help ensure completeness of overall service delivery.

Experience required:

  • Extensive expertise in managing Workday in a global environment with meaningful experience of configuration / build experience
  • Proficient in Workday absence plan design and configuration, Workday time tracking design and configuration, and Workday payroll design and configuration as well as related business process configuration in support of owned functions
  • Hands-on experience in reporting, calculated fields, and security
  • Extensive experience of managing enterprise HR Management Systems
  • Relationship management is mix of external and internal customers: HR and Payroll teams, 3rd party vendors / suppliers and global HR community
  • Workday Partner or Customer Pro certifications advantageous, including Integrations, Studio, Security Reporting & Analytics
