HR Advisor/HR Associate on an initial 12 month contract.

c£300/day

This is a great opportunity for talented HR candidates to build on their HR career. Working in a highly successful and regarded HR team, you will broaden your understanding of the entire talent management life cycle within a corporate HR function.


Working closely with the EMEA Talent Management Team, Global Learning Team, HR Business Partners and other key regional stakeholders, supporting the implementation of talent initiatives and be responsible for coordination across global learning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and logistics management of training initiatives across EMEA region.
  • Project Management of regional learning initiatives ensuring they are delivered seamlessly.
  • Reporting and insights creation across talent practices, learning and diversity metrics.
  • Facilitate sessions when needed Act as a partner working with the global team to deliver solutions.
  • Assessing success of programmes and initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver information sessions, briefings and workshops to increase awareness and understanding of development offerings.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external facilitators and training providers.
  • Assess and select new vendors as required.
  • Keep abreast of best practices in talent practices, learning and development.

Experience:

  • Relevant experience in HR from the Financial Services sector and with a desire to pursue your HR career.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Microsoft Office (essential- strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel) and Workday (preferred).
  • Strong organisation and project management skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Positive and 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data Experience with learning management systems preferred.
  • Presentation/facilitation skills preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high results.

    We are working with a rapidly growing consultancy who are looking for several DevOps Engineers (at Consultant, Senior, Lead and Principal level) on a permanent basis.

    • Good working knowledge of networking technologies e.g. TCP/IP, Multicast, tcpdump, clocking (PTP, NTP)
    • Familiar with monitoring infrastructure (e.g. ELK, Prometheus)

    HR Systems Lead (Success factors), Talent Succession

    Our client, a highly regarded global financial services organisation are looking to appoint a HR Systems Lead for a global project that will focus on Talent Succession and Internal Mobility.

    Reporting into the Head of HR Design and Solution Architecture with a dotted line reporting into the Future Skills programme, this role will have overall accountabilities of:

    • Acting as the design lead for key projects or initiatives with a focus on Talent Succession Internal Mobility.
    • Owning the planning and implementation of SRT and UAT for the Future Skills programme.
    • Applying employee experience / service mindset to develop the solutions.
    • Responsible for providing expertise to, and develop relationships with HR and HR IT stakeholders to ensure new and changed solutions, are optimal, and in line to meet the business objectives.
