Seeking an HR Advisor to support corporate functions within a financial services institution. It is a really exciting opportunity to join a commercial and well-regarded team and the role will support multiple HR Business Partners through the cyclical HR processes and requires someone who is able to navigate a complex, matrix global organisation. There will be a strong data and analytics element for this role as the position will be responsible for pulling together data and creating PowerPoint presentations.

Critical responsibilities include:

  • Creating data packs and supporting materials to consolidate key people information and provide analysis
  • Support HR Business Partners on annual HR activities including talent reviews, annual compensation cycles, salary benchmarking and promotions
  • Acting as the key point of contact for employees and line managers, to proactively deal with enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Assisting with employee relations issues through to resolution, engaging with managers to promptly address issues in a timely manner and contribute to and lead the HR components of change management and restructuring initiatives
  • Working with the HRBP team to embed key Employee Experience Programmes, employee value proposition, support the Diversity and Inclusion agenda and assist in the preparation, communication and updates from the annual employee survey
  • Working with the Head HR for Corporate Functions supporting with adhoc information requests in support of the Chief People Officer, for example Exco reviews.

Core skills require:

  • Experience of having worked in a complex, global matrix environment as an HR Administrator/Advisor with strong data and analytics skills
  • CIPD Qualified or experience of working within HR
  • High level ability to create PowerPoint presentations from data sets
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have a customer centric focus and positive attitude; Solutions-oriented problem solver
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
  • Work efficiently, under pressure and meet deadlines while always maintaining high confidentiality
  • Can work independently, show initiative, and take full responsibility for completion of duties
