I am seeking a highly commercial HR Business Partner to cover a maternity cover with a leading Investment Management organisation. They are seeking a highly credible, commercial and pragmatic HR Business Partner to support the client group on all aspects of the people agenda and drive through strategic HR projects.

Based in London but with an international remit, financial services experience is key to the role, preferably supporting a front office client group within investment banking or asset management. You should have proven high level stakeholder engagement and gravitas and the ability to work on large change projects and initiatives.

  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to work on HR transformation projects and implement HR strategy and change initiatives
  • Broad experience in all aspects of an HR Business Partnering including talent, succession planning, restructuring
  • Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions

  • Head of Technology Business Risk and Cyber Assurance

    Responsibilities:

    • Develops and maintains powerful business relationships with leaders (Managing Directors and direct reports) partnering with them to embed Technology Risk within their business areas.

    Nature of work:

    • Ensures that Technology Risk thinking is embedded in the Business strategy, customer delivery and strategic projects.
    • Partners with leaders (ELT and ELT+1 level) to ensure that they have the advice, data, tools and information to make appropriate Technology decisions to balance the risk reward on their operational and capital expenditure.
    • Responsible for managing a team of Technology Risk professionals, spread across multiple global locations.
    • Manages budget based on the fiscal goals and established objectives
    • Seeks opportunities to reduce costs through process improvements, organizational structure, and automation.
    • Evaluates opportunities for leverage and consolidation of technology, and vendor services
    • Partners in the evaluation of potential M&A activities to ensure that the potential opportunity is within the Technology Risk Appetite
    • Grows organization talent through recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and assisting with talent development strategies.
    • Directs and controls the performance and talent activities of multiple Consultant management teams through managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of those assigned areas.
    • Some global travel.

  • Trading Application Support Analyst (Equities/ FIX)- London
    £60000 - £80000 per annum

    I am currently looking for a Trading Application Support Analyst (Equities/ FIX/ UNIX) join a top financial organisation based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide first level and firstclass support answering both Options and Equity platform questions and resolving Member/TPH issues related to APIs (e.g. FIX, BOE, PITCH), trading and features/function using the “Deliver Plus One” standard.

    Provide timely and professional outbound communications (internal and external) servicing the Trade Desk email queue and providing customer phone support.

    Onboard new clients, create new logical ports, review configuration settings, and perform order entry and market data API certification testing.

    Perform root cause analysis and communicate client issues that may arise.

    Provisioning internal/external user web tool access.

    Testing/understanding changes to systems and functionality prior to deployment.

    Experience

    Experienced Application Support Analyst

    Strong knowledge of Equities/ FX/ Fixed Income

    Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA (or similar issue tracking tool).

    Familiarity with FIX protocol and low latency trading systems.

    Comfort working in a UNIX shell and/or with SQL.

    Familiarity with the Agile development methodology.

    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business, Financial Services, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • FIX Integration Engineer- Fixed Income- Contract
    £400 - £450 per day

    I am currently looking for an experienced FIX Integration Engineer position to join a top financial organisation based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Responsibilities-

    Help new and existing institutional clients and broker-dealers with the implementation/integration of APIs for various STP features.

    Support API integration for various fixed income products - US Investment Grade, Emerging Markets, High Yield, US Agencies, Asset Backed Securities and Credit Default Swaps.

    Work with client services, production support and development teams for speedy resolution of any issues in the test and production environments.

    Experience required

    FIX protocol experiences a must

    Experience in a development, trade support or business analyst role.

    Strong knowledge around FX/ Equities/ Fixed Inxome

    Experience and thought leadership in certification is highly desirable. Specifically, automation of certification procedures and installing self-service tools in order to produce operational efficiencies.

    Experience with XML (DTD, schemas), TCP/IP & networking fundamentals

    Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system including user commands, scripting etc.

    RDBMS skills (SQL Server and/or Oracle) – ability to read, write and run SQL scripts

    Contract

    400- 450 per day
