HR Business Partner- Retail

My client within the retail sector is looking for a People Partner to join their organisation looking after both the corporate office and retail staff. Key accountabilities for the role will be to take the HR function forward within the organisation and have a more proactive approach to supporting on all people initiatives.

The role will manage core stakeholder relationships from the level down from C-Suite. There are initiatives that they are looking to build out around performance management, development planning and talent & succession, as well as the day to day generalist HR support. There will also be other ad hoc projects around engagement etc that this individual will be involved in. As a mid-size organisation this role is ideal for someone seeking a broad and fast paced role.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner with sound experience within an HR partnering role preferably in retail. The preference would be to have someone who has worked within the financial services sector before so they understand the pace and client group

As an ideal fit for this position you will have the following experience:

  • Ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally within a challenging environment and influence accordingly
  • Broad experience in all aspects of an HR generalist role preferably with some good exposure to talent, development and succession
  • Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
  • High level influencing and communication skills

    I am currently looking for an Automation Test Analyst with digital platform experience (Java/ C#) to join a top bank based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Responsibilities



    Responsible for promoting quality and testing activities within the team

    Building and managing an automation framework that can run on both virtual and physical platforms

    Involved from the analysis stage through to implementation and responsible for producing the required test artefacts at each stage

    Reporting on progress and tracking defect resolution

    Seeking to continuously improve the quality and performance of the digital applications

    Experience required

    Experienced Automation Test Analyst

    Digital Platform testing experience

    Setting up automation frameworks from scratch with Selenium/ Appium

    Making automated test scripts using standard coding practices and languages (C#/ Java/ Python/ Ruby)

    Experience of build pipelines using common CI/CD and SCM tools (e.g. GIT, Jenkins)
