Candidates must have:

  • Extensive business partnering experience within a global multinational environment.
  • Experience working within transformational change programmes.
  • Experience with recruitment and retention development and execution of strategic resource and retention plans.
  • Understand and apply operational HR processes.
  • Ability to work closely with learning partners to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to work with leaders to ensure leadership development programmes are successfully implemented.
  • Strong knowledge of reward and performance management
  • Numerate and financially literate
  • Can act as a client expert for the business with the HR operational service delivery model.

  • Equities/ Fixed Income Application Support Analyst (FIX/ UNIX)
    £70000 - £90000 per annum

    I am currently looking for an Equities/ FX/ Fixed Income Application Support Analyst (FIX/ UNIX) to join a top investment bank based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Key responsibilities:

    Interact with various other support teams within the bank and also teams outside of the bank.
    Manage day to day production stability of applications, along with other members of the team.

  • Financial Reporting Accountant
    £60000 - £68000 per annum

    Legal Entity Controller

    Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Legal Entity Controller will be accountable for the full scope of financial reporting deliverables for the client’s EMEA holdings and will ensure the completeness accuracy of the statutory reports. This position will cover the financial reporting for 7 legal entities across EMEA & will report under US / UK GAAP & IFRS while simultaneously training and managing a trainee accountant

    Other ad hoc duties will include supporting the budgeting process / regulatory reporting.


    • Statutory accounts for entities interact with auditors, providing relevant information in a timely fashion
    • Review reconciliations for relevant entities to ensure they are carried out & escalate concerns to leadership
    • Ensure financial reporting controls are maintained actively look to improve them. Furthermore, assist related teams (tax, product control, regulatory) to uphold the overall control framework
    • Assist with budgeting / regulatory reporting respond to queries from the board / leadership team
    • Develop models alongside treasury using the client’s ILAA. Also assist treasury with the management of the client’s FX situation.
    • Organise the liquidation of entities that no longer hold relevance
    • Observe the journal posting report resolve an unposted journals on a daily basis
    • Managing developing Junior Accountant

    Desired Skills

    • Experience of Legal Entity Accounting
    • Accountancy qualification with 2-3 years PQE within the Financial Services
    • Good academics
    • Complex accounting knowledge (consolidated accounting, impairments, minority interest accounting)
    • Knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS
    • Experience of:
    • Oracle General Ledger
    • Hyperion Essbase
    • Oracle HFM

I am currently seeking an Employee Survey Partner on the behalf of my client within the financial services industry, based in Canary Wharf. They are looking to appoint someone on a 12 month fixed term contract and you will be responsible for planning, organising and managing their employee engagement survey cycles.

Key accountabilities include working closely with key stakeholders across different functional teams and employee levels, analysing and identifying trends and preparing and presenting reports to senior stakeholders. Your success will be measured against the delivery of your objectives, the accuracy and quality of your reports, your ability to meet agreed deadlines and managing competing priorities and your ability to partner and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience of running employee engagement surveys is desired
  • A background in HR, Internal communications or event management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to confidently deliver presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise and meet deadlines
