HR Business Partner - Transformation Projects
Seeking an HR Business Partner or HR Transformation specialist to join a global fintech organisation and support on the transformation of the technology division for the organisation on all people related aspects. The role will Execute on the HR Workstream working in conjunction with the broader HR Business Partnering team and centres of expertise to effectively achieve the transformation objectives.
The role responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of all the people aspects for the transformation working with the Senior HR Director and driving through the HR Business Partners
- Provide guidance to the project team on all people related aspects of the overall transformation driving governance and operational planning and monitoring KPIs
- Work with the Senior HR Director to articulate and define the people strategy for the technology division
- Run the HR working group to ensure all HR related activities are on the plan and executed effectively
- Work with the target operating model workstream on the organisation design and strategic workforce planning including location strategy etc to drive effectiveness and cost savings
- Work with Talent Acquisition on hiring aligned to the new model ensuring critical hires are hired in the relevant locations and functions
- Provide people related data reporting and analysis to measure progress
It is a fantastic opportunity that would suit someone from an HR Business Partnering background with a strong transformation element to their roles in a large complex global environment or someone from a management consulting background in the people advisory space. Critical skills and experience also required include:

Senior Platform Services Analyst
Senior Platform Services Analyst – London – Hybrid
A Global Financial Services provider working at the heart of the world’s financial, energy and commodities markets covering FX, Rates, Credit, Equities and Energy & Commodities are looking for a Senior Platform Services Analyst to join their team in London.
Clients include banks, insurance companies, pension and hedge funds, asset managers, energy producers and refiners, as well as risk and compliance managers and charities.
Responsibilities:
- Working within a shift rota to provide support coverage from 7am – 6pm
- Contribute towards ‘follow the sun’ support model, working closely with global teams in APAC and US to ensure pre-market health checks are performed for each region
- Perform regional start of day health checks to ensure all members are connected to the platform
- Utilising proprietary tools, provide daily application support and troubleshooting for platform members and internal users, escalating to Development teams appropriately

Skills:

- Good working knowledge of the FIX protocol

Desirable:

- Fulfilling client customisation requests within algorithmic trading systems and MTF platform
