My client, a globally recognised brand is seeking an HR Business Partner to support across Operational HR, Talent Management, Development and Change.


Key accountabilities for the role will be interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables that offer commercial insight and value add solutions that are aligned to the overall company vision and their strategic priorities.

You will deliver the appropriate HR support in all areas, including employee relations, transformation, OD, talent management, succession and development and leadership.

This is fantastic role for an individual with comprehensive HR Business Partnering experience within a multi-disciplinary environment.

As an ideal fit for this position, you will have the following experience:

  • Have worked as an HR Business Partner where coaching and developing individuals, teams, functions to create high performing cultures has been a focus.
  • Experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Organisational Design, Resourcing, Talent Management and Reward preferably in a unionised environment.
  • Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions.
  • High level influencing and communication skills.

    My client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantitative Analyst with Market, Credit, and Liquidity Risk experience to join the team at a leading Financial Services Firm.     • Understanding of financial markets and derivatives products
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity and knowledge of the regulatory environment surrounding Model Risk Management
