I am seeking an HR Manager on behalf of my client within the financial services sector to join a small HR team to support the London branch on all HR activities. They are seeking someone who can work autonomously on all aspects of HR both operational and strategic. As a small organisation and team, this role will be a true generalist role.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Provide advice on the development and implementation of HR processes and policies
  • Work with HR colleagues in their global offices to ensure consistency in the implementation of HR and business initiatives where appropriate
  • Support on recruitment and selection through all of the process ensuring attraction and retention of top talent
  • Supporting the line managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations, offering advice where required to line managers to support on disciplinary and grievances
  • Design, deliver and implement performance management and learning & development requirements for the business
  • Managing the HR systems and information and overseeing and supporting employees around all aspects of new joiners, on-boarding and leavers

As an ideal fit for this position you will have the following experience:

  • Experience of working in an HR Generalist role ideally within banking (exposure or understanding of Asia markets would be advantageous)
  • University degree educated, CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable.
  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Proven experience of being able to work in a fast paced environment, and handle multiple tasks at any one time
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to utilise initiative and take responsibility to provide quick and effective solutions

  • FIX Integration Engineer/ FIX Onboarding- Fixed Income

    I am currently looking for an experienced FIX Integration Engineer position to join a top financial organisation based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.
