I am seeking an HRIS Analyst for a permanent role within financial services with a solid background working within the HR Systems space preferably with exposure to Workday and BrassRing. The role will be the subject matter expert on all HR systems with a focus on support for business processes, reporting and application support activities.

Key duties:

  • Function as internal consultant to HR community and senior stakeholders to all HR systems support, problem resolution, data analysis, generation of reports and system administrator tasks.
  • Provide 1st level support for employees and managers for system functionality enquiries
  • Work with users of the Workday and BrassRing systems to resolve system and interface queries
  • Ensure proper training and documentation is available for end users and/or operations team
  • Work with HR and the business and third parties to recommend improvements to systems and processes
  • Work with the corporate function on the implementation of Workday conducting regression and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data on the systems administering all system updates
  • Work with HR and the business to understand core stakeholder requirements from an HR MI reporting perspective and create and rollout appropriately
  • Implement and maintain the application of the LMS


Essential knowledge, experience & expertise:

  • Considerable experience of working as HRIS Analyst, with a minimum of at least 2 years working with Human Capital Systems such as Workday, OracLE, Peoplesoft or SAP.
  • Knowledge of technology trends and ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to HR and HR solutions.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex functional and technical solutions to HR systems and end users.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Degree level education or equivalent.

  • C Quant/Strats Developer - Equities Trading - Associate/VP
    £70000 - £120000 per annum bonus

    C Quant/Strats Developer required - Associate/VP - Equities Trading - Business Reporting - £70k-£120k

    A market leading Quant/Strats team at a tier one investment bank require an exceptional C developer, ideally with some experience of Python to join their Equities Trading team. The team themselves work on the Equities Trading quantitative models and report dsirectly into the business. The role will provide the platform for a strong technologist and mathematician, to face off to Quants and Traders and work closely with them to implement cutting edge C models/solutions.

    This team require both exceptional technological skills (C on Windows) and mathematical/problem solving abilities (PhD in Mathematics or related subject highly desirable). Also a strong understanding of Derivative products, ideally Equities required.

    The succesful candidate can look to recieve between £70,000 and £120,000 base salary, either Associate or VP level (dependant on experience)

    This will also be backed by a bonus and package funded by the trading desk themselves.

    Requirements

    • C on Windows
    • Python highly desirable
    • Strong OO programming background
    • Derivative product knowledge (ideally Equities)
    • Strong mathematical/problem solving ability (ideally PhD level maths or similar)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience facing off to key business stakeholders (Quants/Traders)
