HR Reporting & Systems Manager (Workday) is required for a rapidly growing tech business. This role will manage a team leading on the HR management information, analytics and reporting.

Key areas for this role to manage will be:

  • Designing, developing, testing and deployment of reporting
  • Develop the efficiency's of the reporting products
  • Designing dashboards for HR leaders
  • Maintaining interfaces of data between Workday and external vendors
  • Maintaining integrity of data
  • Keeping up to data with market trends and innovative tools
  • Support the team in the development of the overall road map for the transformation

Experience required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ Workday HCM experience, report writing and integration's
  • Proficient in HCM, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration and Report Writer
  • People management/leadership experience.
  • Reporting background and awareness in developing HR systems.
  • Designing and developing new reports/integration's.
  • Experience of working with Workday Studio, BIRT and PRISM
  • Solid understanding of webservices

    • Experience with web services related standards such as HTTP, REST, SOAP, and OAuth.
    • Expert knowledge of GCP Cloud Identity and IAM
    • Experience architecting and developing software for scalable, distributed systems
    • Hands-on familiarity with middleware and cloud technologies like NOSQL data stores, Google Cloud, and mobile app development.

  • IT Business Analyst - Capital Markets
    £50000 - £75000 per annum + + benefits

    My leading consulting client are looking to bring on multiple IT Business Analysts with strong captial markets experience.

    Candidates should have:

    • Experience working in the financial services industry as Business Analyst
    • Knowledge within Capital Markets (fixed income, equities, FX, derivatives etc).
    • Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes
    • Excellent verbal communication skills; facilitating working meetings, building credibility and trust with stakeholders, negotiating contentious issues with stakeholders and escalating issues as promptly
    • Excellent business documenting skills, able to convey complex information with objectivity and brevity
    • Critical thinking and problem solving; architecting and explaining multiple solutions, assessing relative strengths and weaknesses and justifying solutions for approval
    • Strong Financial Markets / Investment Bank experience; able to analyse business problems and design operating models producing process flow diagrams, and risk assessments
    • Experienced in understanding and explaining information level issues, utilising architecture diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries & maps
    • Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems (FRDs and BRDs)
    • Strong experience with Excel, SQL, Python, R, and other data analytics tools

    Test analyst (Data) required to support a growing BI Test functions for a national logistics company based in central London. To be successful in this role you will have previous enterprise level experience and a proven record of testing data into the cloud. The role will involve:

    • SQL
    • Cloud (GCP) is essential
    • Qliksense or Qlickview
    • Agile


    This role is inside IR35 and a 3 month rolling contract. Initaill remote until safe to be back in an office and then split bwteeen office and remote working.
