Our client who are leaders in their field within Financial Services, has new a role of HRIS Manager Workday, to ensure that their HRIS continues to support employee lifecycle processes and the delivery of people initiatives. The role requires a combination of operational HR systems knowledge, data management, system configuration and reporting.

  • Provide expertise in the integrity and administration of Workday HCM (WD)
  • Oversee the effective implementation and day-to-day operation and reporting from Workday HCM(WD)
  • Provide expertise in WD with the goal of creating and maintaining a “Golden source” for all TP ICAP people data, HR processes and People analytics.
  • Day to day responsibility for the utilisation of Workday HCM and related and dependant HR Systems and a primary system contact
  • Monitor and implement regular checks to improve the data quality and integrity in systems, including coordination and managements of regular system audits
  • Manage system configuration, master data values, business process and security changes. Plan, test, approve, schedule and direct operational changes
  • Enabling functionality to deliver training, survey content, reporting and reminders

Experience

  • Extensive understanding of Workday HCM; business processes, configuration and build; security groups/policies
  • Workday certified
  • History of managing improvements including requirements gathering and testing
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data
  • Experienced in Workday reporting and dashboard creation
  • Can create complex reports including calculated fields
  • Demonstrable experience of designing and building MI content for clients
  • Experience of developing headcount reporting on business, regional and global populations
  • Manage projects independently
  • Exceptional data analysis skills to support business case for any recommended actions
  • International and/or Financial Services experience

    • DB/2, PL/SQL and SSAS would be a distinct advantage.

    • Proven SQL Skills including stored procedures, transactions, user defined functions, DB security management and design, SQL Server Reporting Services and advanced, cross server queries.

    • The ability to turn your hand to anything, manage your own workload and deliver - often to short deadlines.

    • Knowledge of the financial markets, broking and MIFID II, while not essential would be nice to have.

    • Demonstrated and effective communication skills in writing and verbally.

    • Open to innovative ideas/ experiences and ability to create new ideas, approaches or insights.

    • Understands ideas and has a viewpoint on the markets and economy.

    • Evidence of being comfortable working in fast paced or pressured environments.

  • UI Developer - React
    £750 - £775 per day + Hybrid working

    UI Developer

    Job Type: Contract - Inside
    Day Rate:
    £750-£775p.d
    Start Date:
    Flexible - ASAP - Feb 23
    Duration:
    6 months initial - Likely to extend

    We are currently recruiting a contractor for a major bank for an initial 6 month contract.

    Key Technical Skills:

    • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and HTML
    • Extensive experience of developing Web-based UIs with React
    • Experience of Python or a JVM based language desirable
    • Understanding of HTTP and REST based architectures
    • Experience working in a Financial Services, Banking environment or related is critical for this role

    Nice to have:

    • Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL
    • Any experience with tools such as TeamCity, Kubernetes, OpenShift and Amazon Web Services would be beneficial.
    • Open and collaborative communication
    • Experience and aptitude of Agile and DevOps approaches – e.g. continuous integration, test automation, frequent releases, containerisation


    Competencies:

    • Ability and willingness to take personal responsibility for timeliness and quality of delivery
    • Strong collaborative communication with business users and other technology teams
