Identity and Access Engineer

£24000 - £72000 per annum

The Identity Cloud is the response to the changing market demands. Our client wants to deliver projects faster and dramatically decrease time to value for thier customers. To achieve this, they are building a team of highly skilled engineers, who will master technical skills and who will be able to configure the application effectively and with high quality.

You will take over activities once the cloud environments are ready and then you will start doing the configuration for customers. This means that you will primarily work with configuration in regard to e.g. workflows, policies, role modelling, provisioning automation, integrations, hereunder connectors and API.

They usually integrate to the Active Directory, HR system, cloud services, SAP, SharePoint (or similar), Exchange, and a multitude of different applications that the solution shall control. This will also challenge you on your general understanding on a lot of different applications and how they can integrate into them.

You will work directly in customer project teams consisting of Project Manager, Architect and Consultants from different regions – DACH, Nordics and US. In terms of collaboration, you will use Azure DevOps, Sharepoint, MS Teams for effective and agile delivery.

Requirements:

  • You have around 2-5 years of experience in a similar position focused on implementation, configuration and management of Identity Management solutions like for example: Omada Identity Suite, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Identity Manager, Microfocus Identity Manager/Identity Governance or other
  • You have strong skills within databases and scripting
  • As a person, you like to deep dive technically into products you are working with. You put attention to details and ensure that configuration you do meets the quality expectations.
  • You speak English fluently (German would be a plus)

    I am seeking an experience HR Administrator for a permanent role in a fast paced client within the financial services sector. This role will be supporting the HR function on all HR Administrative aspects for the 200 strong business and the successful candidate will highly organised and efficient.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the full onboarding and offboarding process.
    • Maintain and develop HR databases encompassing the full employee lifecycle.
    • Assist with the documentation for transfers, employment and those leaving the company.
    • Retain employee records and ensure they are updated.
    • Support the team with any projects and advise on HR queries
