Identity and Access Program Lead

£80000 - £100000 per annum bonus
To be successful in this role, the candidate has to excel at straddling both business and technology processes. The candidate must be detail oriented, one who leads by example and who responsibility for the outcome. No task to big, no task to small.

Strong Familiarity with Identity and Access models and technologies or a working understanding of a breadth of related or similar processes and technologies, strong relationship, consensus building, and cross-functional rollout skills.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as a IT professional in the financial services industry preferable
  • Very good understanding of business analysis processes/concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Strong Program and project management skills
  • Strong client relationship skills and proven ability to build consensus. Experience working directly with business partners to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
  • Experience writing requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans
  • Change agent, creative, innovative and focused on continuous improvements
  • Self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast paced team environment
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high degree of ownership of outcomes
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Bachelor’s degree is desired
