Seeking an Executive Search specialist to joined a newly formed in house team to enhance direct sourcing capability within the organisation. The role is a within a professional services organisation and will be hiring individuals from Director up to Partner level. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a move into and in-house role at a senior level or someone with prior in-house Executive Search experience. This role will be responsible for working with core senior business leaders and partners to build talent pipelines and hire critical senior roles within the experience in hiring into the following business functions:
The role will involve liaising with senior individuals operating within this space to effectively map out the market, providing critical intel around challenges specific to hiring and retaining talent in these disciplines.
It will involve working with both passive and active talent in the space to support on hiring requirements in the organisation and future potential roles, engaging clients appropriately with the organisation.
Whilst the role will still involve working in conjunction with Search firms on some role, the overall objective will be to reduce the reliance purely on third parties and build the direct acquisition proposition.
The core requirement for this role is for the Search specialist to have an extensive network in one of the outlined disciplines and so the organisations will consider individuals with both or either in-house or search boutique experience.
