Job Purpose

  • To provide finance support and business partnering for the companies Managed Services

Dimensions

  • One of 5 Analysts in the organisations UK Team.
  • Total Department based in UK approximately 22 heads.
  • Work with Managed Service business leaders and partners.
  • Work with finance partners within the organisations Corporation based in the UK, Germany and United States of America.
  • No direct reports.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide finance support and business partnering for the Managed Service business.
  • Key responsibilities include sales calculation and reporting support (including true up for customers), inventory monitoring, balance sheet reconciliations, capital expenditure analysis and customer KPI’s.
  • Support for system enhancements / new customer onboarding
  • Involvement in/driving standardisation, process improvement & sharing best practice.
  • Promote & support financial awareness and education for business partners.
  • Ad hoc tasks & analysis as required.

Knowledge / Experience / Skills required

  • Qualified with professional Accountancy body (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) with min 4 years post qualified experience.
  • 5 years relevant experience working with a finance department.
  • A strong understanding of cash flows and project analysis tools.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with an ability to influence people at all levels.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and proactive.
  • Experience of SAP/ Ariba / Atticus.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work effectively as part of a team, taking the lead where necessary.
  • Methodical approach with a commitment to accuracy & timeliness of analysis.
  • Strong continuous improvement mind set.

Assignment and Planning of Work

  • There will be extra demands around the month end and quarterly close and reporting deadlines.
  • An ability to adjust to changing timetables and short lead times is frequently required.
  • Considerable planning, management and involvement is required for each year end close.
  • Sarbanes-Oxley requirements / audit timings will dictate work patterns.
  • As an integral member of UK finance team there is a requirement to be involved in projects and the implementation of new initiatives.

    Leading International Bank in UAE is looking to appoint a Vice President - Credit Analyst (Large Corporates / Structured Trade Finance / ECA Finance / Syndication Loans).

    Location: Dubai, UAE

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To assume full responsibility of corporate credit origination process to develop new trade finance businesses (including export finance and commodity finance) in Middle East and maintain existing portfolio.
    • To take leading role of corporate credit analysis of the group partially taking responsibility of the Team Head.
    • To take care of credit monitoring, preparation of credit application, presenting the proposal to internal stakeholders and preparing the underlying documentation of proposed facility.
    • Lead and be responsible for corporate credit Trade Finance portfolio working closely with Senior Relationship Managers and Group Head
    • Conduct credit monitoring and prepare credit applications and facility documentation in line with internal credit policies and procedures and in close liason with Head office (London)

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • FIX Integration Engineer/ FIX Onboarding- Fixed Income
    £60000 - £75000 per annum

    I am currently looking for an experienced FIX Integration Engineer position to join a top financial organisation based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Responsibilities-

    Help new and existing institutional clients and broker-dealers with the implementation/integration of APIs for various STP features.

    Support API integration for various fixed income products - US Investment Grade, Emerging Markets, High Yield, US Agencies, Asset Backed Securities and Credit Default Swaps.

    Work with client services, production support and development teams for speedy resolution of any issues in the test and production environments.

    Experience required

    Experience in a development, trade support or business analyst role.

    Experience and thought leadership in certification is highly desirable. Specifically, automation of certification procedures and installing self-service tools in order to produce operational efficiencies.

    FIX protocol experiences a must.

    Experience with XML (DTD, schemas), TCP/IP & networking fundamentals

    Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system including user commands, scripting etc.
