Internal IT Auditor
Background on the Position
Seeking a strong IT Audit candidate, at a manager level, to cover Enterprise Infrastructure and Information Security processes. This role focuses on IT infrastructure controls for business and technology processes supporting the enterprise and is responsible for understanding, analyzing, and testing the controls over systems, platforms and networks including architecture and configuration, systems development, information security and entitlements, production management and technology governance.
Primary Responsibilities
· Conduct continuous monitoring over enterprise infrastructure processes, assess risks and provide executive level feedback
· Verify Management’s adequate risk mitigation to control gaps
· Execute risk-based audit assurance activities in order to assess the design and operating effectiveness of key technology and/or security controls for critical systems and processes.
· Partner with Application and Business Auditors, and work collaboratively within a global team
·Maintain ongoing dialog with key stakeholders regarding risks and necessary improvements to the control framework
Skills required (essential)
· Five or more years IT Audit experience
· Experience in auditing interfaces, infrastructure, data processing and computer general controls
· Experience with Technology Risk Management in Enterprise Organizations
· Strong understanding of industry standards such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST 800-53, PCI-DSS,
ISO 27001/02, and FFIEC
· Technical knowledge of IT systems, including:
• Strong End user computing technologies
• IT Infrastructure – Databases (SQl, Oracle), Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) & Networking (VPN, LAN, WAN, Firewalls)
• Virtualization and Cloud Technologies and Frameworks
• Security Management - Data Loss Prevention tools, Intrusion Detection / Prevention tools, Vulnerability Scanning tools
· Understanding of Data Centers
· Ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
· Ability to build strong relationships with Technology clients
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skills desired
· Highly preferred, experience with Cybersecurity or Cloud technologies
· Practical IT work experience
· Experience with acquisition integrations
Education requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Technology, Information Systems or related field)
· CISA, CISSP, and/or CISM certifications are preferred
· Microsoft Technologies, Cisco Technologies, Azure, AWS certifications are a plus

A Global Financial Services provider working at the heart of the world’s financial, energy and commodities markets covering FX, Rates, Credit, Equities and Energy & Commodities are looking for a Senior Platform Services Analyst to join their team in London.
Clients include banks, insurance companies, pension and hedge funds, asset managers, energy producers and refiners, as well as risk and compliance managers and charities.
Responsibilities:
- Working within a shift rota to provide support coverage from 7am – 6pm
- Contribute towards ‘follow the sun’ support model, working closely with global teams in APAC and US to ensure pre-market health checks are performed for each region
- Perform regional start of day health checks to ensure all members are connected to the platform
- Utilising proprietary tools, provide daily application support and troubleshooting for platform members and internal users, escalating to Development teams appropriately
- Daily interaction with all internal stakeholders with regards to support issues
- Efficiently create and track issues within an incident-management system to help identify trends and patterns

- Assist with product testing and project work
Skills:
- At least 3 years hands-on support experience within a financial institution (buy-side, sell-side, venue/platform provider)
- Proven experience of MSSQL, Oracle and Sybase database environments, including complex query-writing
- Solid application support experience within a Unix / Linux environment
- Good working knowledge of the FIX protocol
- Proven experience of supporting Windows Server environments
- Experience in troubleshooting network problems: i.e. firewall and routing problems
- Good understanding of international Equity market mechanics and flows
Desirable:
- Exposure to supporting message-based architecture
- Working knowledge of at least one buy-side or sell-side Order Management System
