Required Skills:
- Strong core Java development skills
- Extensive Angular knowledge (Angular 8 is essential)
- Understanding of test-driven, agile software methodologies and associated tools
- Hands-on experience in solution design, design patterns and data structures
- Exposure to lightweight web technologies (REST endpoints, web-sockets, JSON), and micro-services
- Modern OO and functional programming practices.

Role responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyse users’ requirements and priorities to shape their requirements from a system perspective.
- Work closely with the Bank’s Users to help articulate any system issues or incidents they may have.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and investigation into SAP issues and recommend best practice solutions to ensure day-to-day operations in the Bank are not compromised.
- Utilise expert knowledge of the SAP implementation Guide (IMG) to design and implement configuration changes
6.2 SAP Platform Services, SAP Finance:
- Excellent knowledge of SAP Finance modules, including detailed configuration experience.
- Background in accounting a distinct advantage
- Deep understanding of the configuration and business processes on Bank ECC and Funds ECC
- Strong analytical and problem solving gained from hands on experience of SAP FI configuration in response to business requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of integration with other Bank finance applications
Required experience:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO within ECC 6.0 is required
- Demonstrable experience in SAP implementation and L3 Support
- Financial services or consultancy background
